Good hotel for staycation, nothing around. Limited activities.

The food was good and the service was excellent. It’s very good especially if you are looking just to relax as there is not much to do otherwise. The only thing is that they do not have a Spa ( We missed it badly). The swimming pool is excellent

Room was well setup and the concierge was very helpful in providing direction to the tourist destination and excellent service. I will definitely comeback in Winter.

Our trip was really great! The hotel so clean and peaceful, the staff was very helpful and friendly and our room was beyond expectations. Our room was huge, very comfortable and above all very clean. The only downside was that the air quality was not that great, it was very dry and stuffy.
I would definitely recommend staying at the Sheraton for a nice tranquil stay in Chongming!

We enjoyed the stay - renting bikes, going to the Wetlands etc. However, pity the pool and gym was closed (this was a CDC imposed policy), and there were no other activities.

Sheraton is no doubt a great place to stay, but they can’t neglect the details of their service specially when they charge a higher price on weekends by saying this stuff or service is unavailable. If you have big crowd you must prepare for weekends as you charge higher price. I’m very disappointed with such behaviour

Good location. Good staff. Food was very mediocre, especially the Pizza we ordered. Food continued to be an issue throughout the visit.
