Staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast had good western options and room service had a good selection too. Next door is a little mall with a Subway, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Watsons and a bakery among other food places. The room at times had a bit of an unpleasant smell and was a bit dusty in places but nice overall.

Hotel was conveniently situated, close to the hospital which I was visiting. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with quite a selection which would cater for all palates.

Room was fine, but required an extra 1000rmb deposit that wasn't returned. When I noticed & chased the hotel for it over a week later, only then did they finally give it back... and not even a "sorry"! Inexcusable service.
Keep a close eye on your bank balance if you go here, they might keep your deposit, too.

Check in was a bit awkward, the desk to obtain free parking was next to the check in desk. There was no one else checking in at the time, I figured our front desk lady could help complete the parking refund for us. That would save trouble. We had to go over to the desk, get a receipt, go back to the front desk then back to the parking desk again. Not smooth. Swimming pool facilities were not bad, sauna, gym all quite good.

Big hotel room and walking distance to MRT. Beside the hotel is a very small mall which you can get coffee and opposite has also a row of shop lots with chinese food. Big and comfortable room.

Terrible housekeeping service. When cleaning rooms just change the towels thats it . The bed sheets was not changed for 3 days . I have asked for Ice never arrived .
I think there is a big training to be done in HSKP , since on the first day cups was never washed, bed sheets never changed for 3 days
Also bath tub was leaking , no maintenance
Sad this hotel management and owners need to looking to this

It's a great surprised for me that when i checked in and I was told that I've been upgraded!! The facility and the environment are excellent. I will recommend to my friend to stay in this hotel when they come to shanghai and I will definitely choose this hotel in my next visit to shanghai.
