Travel with family. Staying here because it is near to Disneyland. They provide free service of sending us to Disneyland and sending us back from Disneyland as well. Free orang every day. They have few Washing machine that we can wash our clothes every day. 烧烤 nearby the hotel is a must try food there. Walking distance 3 min. The first day we were actually disappointed with the room temperature as we don’t have the right to control the temperature, they have accidentally change to centralise mode, it was too hot, but they had settled this the next day. Then everything is good. The first day, their staffs in duty don’t have enough experience to handle the issue.

This hotel is really good. Tho it is located far from downtown, but its just 10-15 minutes away from the nearest metro station which cost only 20RMB using tax.i

第一晚訂的麗呈華庭，進去之後房間黴味超級重，差點被薰暈！！換房兩次還是無果！立馬取消訂單訂了桔子酒店，體驗感一下子就提升了不少，服務員都特別熱情，都會打招呼問號，前台還有桔子可以免費吃~洗漱用品也都是橙子味的，很清香~也很喜歡~唯一不太滿意的是，我第一晚訂的時候，攜程上沒有雙床房了，我就訂了大床，結果第二晚又沒大床，我就訂了雙床。但前台實際還是有大床的，説要原房續住補差價。我看網上大雙床的價格都是一樣的。。其實大床雙床都無所謂，主要是搬東西麻煩。這點不是很人性化~
一分錢一分貨，三四百的房子也不能要求太高，早餐很簡單，菜品很少，跟五星比起來還是有些差距，畢竟價格擺在那裡。酒店還有個自助洗衣房，+烘乾。裏面還有便簽貼紙，可以把自己的需求寫在上面，還有工作人員專門過來看是否有需要，就幫忙烘乾，真的很暖心~
暖心的地方彌補了前台的不足，所以還是給 5分吧

房間標間兩大一小完全夠用，環境不錯，挺乾淨的；房間還有小冰箱，可以適當買點自己喜歡的飲料；外出很方便，出門就是巴士站到18號線；去迪斯尼早晚也有班車接送，小姐姐還專門建了客户羣，供大家聯繫。很不錯，推薦

前台小温服務態度好，20秒內完成入駐登記+訊息核實+關注公司公眾號+領卷等一整套完美連招，毫不含糊，早餐也很實惠，遠去前台接咖啡讓整個早餐流程充滿驚喜與意外，房型入住很滿意，善良温柔的小温主動幫我升級了房型，2米多的雙床房讓出差的夜晚感覺到一個人的温暖，整體服務都很不錯的

有迪士尼接送班車的服務，非常方便，期間還有導遊為我們介紹遊玩方法
不愧是桔子酒店，所有用品都是香香的橘子味
大堂的小姐姐們也超温柔
即使在三樓酒店也有天井窗户，通風完全沒關係
房間的設施很不錯，也很乾凈
特別表揚走廊的鏡子，非常出片！

空調根本用不了，打電話問前台直接説給拿個毯子，然後拿過來的還是個臟的。
迪士尼接送班車：還不錯，起碼是直達的，但位置安排的不太行，返程不少人連位置都沒有
浦東機場接送班車：機場接送幾十分鐘的路程換乘了起碼三次，到處接人換車，如果趕時間的還是自己打車去比較靠譜

登進去這家桔子酒店房間非常舒適乾淨！房間隔音不錯安靜休息的很好！房間裏有個一米八大床還有個雙人大沙發！屋裡寬敞明亮還有對外開放的窗户能通風！表揚一下服務員小呂的服務特別周到！
