Good location nearby hongqiao airport international 4*hotel but customer service like local boutique hotel what a terrible customer service.

The hotel is far from the city centre but was conveniently located for my business. The rooms are basic and a little worn around the edges but clean and well appointed enough for business trips.
On the first night I visited the gym which was well appointed but unloved. On the second day the gym was unfortunately closed without reason.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The hotel was located a bit far from the main attractions etc. However one can make use of public transport. There’s a busy station right outside the hotel.

The hotel looks poor, very dirty halls, dining and rooms. Breakfast premises looks untidy and food quality very poor.
They`d better charge for more and offer a good breakfast.

Good hotel but the location is somewhat remote, in a residential area, so not really walkable to food. The floor wasn't clean in the room.
