唯一給五星的衹是環境，衝著是在南京步行街邊，上海有名老牌酒店，有名的建築物慕名而訂的酒店，可你建築可以是有名的老建築，可以是有名的老牌子酒店，但是，你的管理你的設備你的設施你的服務。。。不能是老的不向社會步伐看齊的。
可以接受那些鐵窗那些玻璃，因為那是歷史，是老牌子酒店的特色，但是不能接受鐵窗是那樣兒戲的用鐵線綁着，不能接受窗邊好多灰塵。
晚上室外温度2-3度，開了空調製熱，把温度調整25度，那是直接就是烤爐的感覺，調到其調節板上最低温度十度，還是沒變，兩房一廳，衹開一空調製熱，小爺南方人室外2-3度的氣温要裸着上身睡覺，不開空調沒空氣，因為門窗都是封死的。
洗澡時脱光了衣服開了水，才發覺沒有沐浴液洗髮水，那個電話上又沒有任何指示酒店的服務電話，用手機看着房門房卡上的電話打市話去酒店總機有個女的接電話，還好意思叫我自己下去拿，**脱光了衣服，大冷天的叫我下去拿，酒店什麼服務？直接罵娘才説叫人送上來，這是一個酒店應有的服務嗎？送來的洗髮水沐浴液還叫我大開眼界，這不是六七十年代國內招待所賓館最好的小包裝沐浴液洗髮水嗎？手都濕了，撕了老半天沒撕開，正常洗個澡估計得用三包，真是××××××××
看看視頻那個房門，房門和門框間隙起碼五毫米以上，外面有空氣壓力房門就卡卡響，一星級民宿都好過你。沖涼水一會冷一會熱，真××××××
老牌建築是歷史，老牌酒店是榮光，老了的設施老了的設備，老了的管理就是。。。。不想咒人罵人，業者自己體會

My stay at Seventh Heaven Hotel was highly disappointing though the location is great. The condition of the rooms was far from satisfactory, with dirty floors, windows, and bathrooms that left much to be desired. To make matters worse, the AC in the room failed to provide any heating during the winter, leaving me uncomfortable and cold. However, I must acknowledge that after several complaints, the hotel staff did eventually change my room. Despite this, the overall experience was marred by the initial issues and the staff's lack of politeness at the reception. In the end, I decided to check out and move to a nearby hotel for a more pleasant stay. I cannot recommend Seventh Heaven Hotel based on my experience.

Nice location.Ring on the Nanjing walking street.Check in and check out was easy.Gave me early check in with out asking.Arranged a taxt to PVG T2 in the early morning which was easy me.Room was small and had to window which had a view of the walking street.Room size is ok for solo travellers.Good small bathroom.700 meters walk to the bund and the view of the bund is amazing.

沒想到南京路步行街上的酒店還有這麼便宜的價格，標準房間的面積雖然不大，但設備應有盡有，還有一衹小冰箱可以冷藏食物，窗户可以打開，南京路步行街盡收眼底。周邊美食多多，靠近地鐵2號線南京東路站，太方便了。

Today neither building nor hotel occupy quite such a lofty position in Shanghai society but the hotel's 59 guestrooms are tastefully decorated with a nod to its heyday in the form of vintage style lamps and Art Deco inspired flourishes. Combined with its excellent location and reasonable prices, this is a great value option with a touch of old Shanghai.
The grand ballroom has been converted into a restaurant called Old Shanghai serving contemporary Chinese cuisine using seasonal ingredients.
Recreational facilities include a beauty salon. For the business traveler there is a business center offering fax, internet access and ticket reservation services. A well-equipped function room is available for meetings, conference and other events.
On the hotel's top floor, guests can enjoy views of bustling Nanjing Road pedestrian street.
