Location was a bit far from train station and bus stop. However, a lot of connivence stores and restaurants in close proximity.
The hotel room was very comfortable and spacious. Overall was a nice stay.

Good experience, rooms are very clean and convenient. Hotel is nice and welcoming.
Only issue for me was that the staff does not speak English.

Room space and cleanliness is good, however room smells. There is a TV but we can't use it. The bidet is not working. The location is far from the center. We are not able to eat out breakfast at the hotel as they served from 7:00 am to 9:00. Suggestions: Have each room check prior to check-in of a possible costumer if everything works , and spray perfume, and have one english speaker receptionist at all time. Breakfast should be serve from 6:30 - 9:30 if possible to give time for those people who want to leave the hotel early.

Good location with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also lawsons and Starbucks next door and only a 15 minute Didi from Shanghai Railway station.

Great hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained.
The location was very close to some great local and international restaurants.
I will be looking to book with this company again when staying in Shanghai or other cities in China!

The hotel is located in a prime location near multiple bars, restaurants, clubs, shopping malls and other points of interest. The breakfast is a bit typical but still enjoyable enough if you like Chinese buffet style breakfast. A very decent hotel stay in a quite spacious room! The staff is also polite and helpful!
