Amazing location with great facilities as well. The only downside of the hotel is the size of the room that is a bit small but otherwise highly recommendable.

loved staying at Donghu Collection. the service was warm and excellent, and the room was extremely clean. very conveniently located as well in the old French Concession, with very high quality restaurants and cafes around the immediate area.

The location was fantastic and the room really nice too. Very clean beddings and towel and great services, including gym, swimming pool and a small sauna.

The best things about this hotel are its staff and location. The former were gracious, helpful, and efficient, as well as generally charming. I cannot think of a better hotel location in Shanghai. But this is what you are paying for. The rooms are a bit small and the decor is generic modern. But nobody should be spending that much time in their room in Shanghai anyway!
