This hotel is stunning, the service is excellent and the view of the Shanghai Skyline from the Shanghai Suite With Riverview is gorgeous. Right on The Bund, the location is also excellent, central to much of Shanghai. The breakfast is quite good, as well. Plenty of vegetarian options. Great location so close to the bund . The staff Ms.Eva is kind ,professional and she treats guest with courtesy. Everyone at the front and even the door man are so nice. Room is clean and well furnished .

What a lovely surprise to stay at this prettiest boutique hotel. Room is state of the art n has a great bath tub. I even got a big chocolate chip cookie at check in. The man at reception on Mar16 night was super friendly I was v touched

總體感覺還不錯，畢竟價格擺在這，原來是德意志什麼酒店的，應該是跟華住合作重新裝修過啦？外觀還有大堂內部感覺都還挺新的，房間也挺大，畢竟上海寸土寸金了，而且離外灘特別近，過個馬路就是輪渡站，門口就是公交站，有雙層巴士，就是離地鐵站沒有很近，豫園站出來還是要走一會兒的，門口有小哥哥幫忙提行李。房間整體還行吧，衞浴能好感覺出來是不太年輕的酒店了，盥洗盆會有味道，然後能看到泛黃，其他倒是沒啥問題。拖鞋好像質量一般般啊，感覺不符合酒店定位，裏面那層會粘住😂提前團的套餐，不含早，就沒有去餐廳了，然後服務還是很熱情的，入住還送了烤的曲奇餅乾，雖然樓層高，但是電梯也很快，總體還是滿意的，就是退房有個小插曲，不過問題不大。有活動合適的價格，本土狗還是會再去住的，有緣再見啦。

📍位置交通：靠近［豫園］站，馬路對面就是［金陵東路渡口］10分鐘就能到達陸家嘴。哪怕在江對岸也能看到很明顯的Maxx招牌，位置很不錯就對了。
🏨硬件：雖然是去年年底開業的但是沒有異味。電梯很快，洗浴為全套Lalique。早餐不錯，中西式可供選擇。房型為江景房，從浴缸是可以看到美麗江景的。
🧑🏻💼軟件：工作人員都很熱情，從入住小食、水果，到問題解答的及時度都很不錯。特別是Linda很關注住客的體驗，這次的入住體驗很滿意～

酒店位置沒的説，外灘江景房視野非常好，家庭房的床也非常大，對帶長者和小朋友的家庭太友好了，入住送了現烤的曲奇餅乾，長者打碎了一個杯子酒店也態度很好的表示沒關係，退房以後經理盼盼及時打電話回訪，下次還會考慮入住。

五一獨自帶娃去上海旅遊，在酒店住了兩晚不同的房間，深深地感覺這個酒店真的很好，地理位置好，房間格局好，衞生條件好，服務更好！第二晚住的靚外灘房間，窗外的風景是真的很震撼！晚上外灘風光盡收眼簾！離開酒店的時候，酒店工作人員幫我搬行李上車，連網約車司機都感歎，這個酒店的服務是真的好。感謝所有的工作人員，由衷的給予好評！如果下次再來上海，還是會選擇這裏！（誠意推薦）
