Overall, it's a good place for the price, but the elevators are very slow, and the shower was broken (why would they provide a room with a broken shower??) As proof of their lack of attention , the picture on the wall was hung upside down, hah! I'd stay again but I would check the room first.

Staffs quiet friendly and helpful. We can ordered foods and delivered by robots. But location abit far from Metro station. Cleaner team quiet good and nice ... 1st day we asked if can get 4 bottles of water then the rest of the days automatically gave us 4 bottles ..appreciated ! Near hotel have family mart that convenience for us, and also have local foods just walk for 3-5 mins
Hotel provide laundry for free that you can use daily ^_^

I had an exceptional experience at Citadines service apartment. The panoramic view from my room was absolutely stunning, creating a truly memorable stay. The room itself was meticulously clean and provided utmost comfort, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing environment. The breakfast offered a delightful array of options, catering to various tastes and preferences. The icing on the cake was the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to popular shopping areas. I wholeheartedly recommend Citadines for its breathtaking views, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and welcoming staff.

Quite terrible considering that it has a 4-star ranking on trip.com….
The room and decor is quite crappy and everything looks cheap and about to fall apart. there was an old cigarette smell in the room. The lobby looks cold and uninviting.
I guess it’s ok if you just stay in the room to sleep - would give it a 2-3 star ranking

Make no effort on same floor arrangement due to 2 handicapped and elderly members even request were made 6 months ahead . Floor dusty obviously not mopped/ vacuumed for our entire stay of 8 nights. Towel always short vs registered 4 guests per room and floor mat always missing and have to make calls to concierge fortunately delivery is fast. Water pressure not good. Kitchen big impressive but no basic cutlery and utensils very disappointed. Lobby and lift area always have bad odour smell , not pleasant. Hope the management can improve and pay attention.
