Thank you so much for giving us the nice view rooms. I really impressed with this hotel. I will be back again for sure . Although the locations is a bit far from the shopping area and tourist attraction, but the surroundings of the hotels is quite good, there is a small supermarket, and coffee shop.

Subway is very near, all the city center places are reachable by taxi (within 10-20 mins taxi trip)

Good value for family travel especially the double beds and fully equipped kitchen. Hotel is a bit old and the bathroom sliding door needs a replacement. I was almost trapped in the bathroom when the sliding door was jammed. Managed to squeeze myself out from the gap. Maintenance guy was quick in responding but couldn’t fix the problem onsite. We ended up having an open bathroom with four inmates 🙁. Location wise is good, metro is next door, there are many eateries within walking distance.

2nd time here and its always super nice. I love how friendly the staff are and they're very proficient in English too. The location is convenient since it's next to a bunch of restaurants. A little far from the malls though.

the service was great the location was very close to the metro which make it convenient to travel into the city center. The hotel is clean staff were friendly and hospitable. Recommend for whoever are looking for the hotel to stay in Shanghai

Location was good! Front desk was very helpful and assisted with taxi booking.
Metro station is near so it is very convenient to commute to all the sightseeing location.

We arrived at Modena Fraser Putuo in the evening. The staff are very friendly and they are always keen to assist.
Laundry is very clean and Gym is well equipped. Both are in level 2.
There are many eateries and a supermarket within 2mins walk from the hotel.
I will recommend this hotel or come and stay with them in the near future.

We had the best stay in Modena by Fraser - Shanghai. It provides comfort like you are at home. Complete amenities. Free breakfast for 2 is already included. Free Shanghai Film Museum tickets, too. Front desk representatives speak English fluently. They are also very accommodating. Location si very near the Metro Station (Langao Road). Breakfast is satisfying. My first time to book in trip.com. Highly recommended app and hotel 😊
