花了1723住了一晚 看不到外面全是霧 在房間洗澡門直接開了一點 嚇死我了 問我要不要服務 好無語 吃的東西還不如我花300住的酒店 地毯看着就不衞生 老舊 退房還要求我給5星 服務好吃的好住的好要求也是正常

一個下午，一下子開床服務、一下子送水果讓不讓人無休啊？礦泉水居然衹放兩瓶？雖然再要有給但是為何不多放幾瓶呢？早餐？哎！不像萬豪等級酒店的菜色。再吐槽一個：都已經説了不要靠兩邊的房間了，再換還是靠兩邊的。是聽不懂人話嗎？

不是一個喜歡點評的人，但還是氣不過，去上海玩，帶小朋友去轉轉，特意訂了一家位置好，名氣也還可以的酒店，房間老舊這些就不説了，畢竟時間擺在那了。。。。我老公在房間裏剛洗完澡出來，還沒穿衣服，服務員敲門都不等迴應立馬開門，我老公當場原地社死，服務員就問了一句，需不需要送水，我説不用就出去了。事後我反饋給前台，也調查了，確實有這事發生，説是給免費贈送早餐，我們的行程也確實不需要贈送早餐，就給謝絕了，酒店又説免費贈送甜品和紅酒，實在無法推託，也不想一直揪着這事不放，但是來客房服務送餐的態度，真的是讓我有種花錢買罪的感受，當天早早就辦理退房，改道璞麗去了，紅酒和甜品也就留酒店，讓他們自己吃去吧。

不敢想象這是上海的萬豪，超乎意料之外的老舊，所有工作人員像行屍走肉，不知道什麼是笑容。住了三個晚上，第一個晚上衹放一條浴巾，第二個晚上忘記放乾淨拖鞋。果盤吃了也不收也不補，任水果繼續擺在那裡發蔫。花灑水小的要死。超級不爽，不會再選擇。

不吹不擂，這家酒店 是我目前住過的所有酒店最差最差的，沒有之一。入住體驗感很差後，我仔細看了其他人的評價，大同小異吧，如果你出門想享受五星待遇，你就別考慮他家了，保證讓你三星甚至快捷酒店待遇都享受不到，説説我入住兩天的體驗。1，週五訂了酒店，打電話給前台諮詢是否可提前入住（一般是下午兩點入住，我想諮詢11點多是否可辦理入住），前台説問一下給我答覆，然後，然後就沒有然後了………（我當時就感覺不怎麼好，一般酒店也會給個回覆，更何況是萬豪）這個就不説了。説説其他的。2，入住後，酒店房間與前台或酒店的聯絡方式沒有説明，我按電話機的模模糊糊的字跡撥過去打了十幾個沒有人接聽（這個我看其他人也在評論中有寫過，那位房客衹能下樓去找前台）後來我衹能通過攜程的酒店電話打過去，接通後服務人員態度非常差，説衹能通過他們轉接，你問她為什麼房間電話不能和酒店聯繫上，服務人員回答衹能轉接，完全不明白我在説什麼，後來我還是發訊息給攜程，問如何在酒店房間聯繫酒店工作人員，是攜程告訴我聯繫方式，我也無語啦…3，我在房間內，因為不知道如何與酒店前台取得聯繫，曾多次撥打酒店電話，除了接通一次外，其餘幾次根本就沒有人接聽… 4，大半夜睡覺，晚上11點多噪音很大，直接被吵醒了，我又是通過攜程聯繫酒店解決噪音問題。 （這噪音我有錄音，不是房客製造的，是酒店自己的工作間發出的聲音）5，酒店送來一份暖心水果，這可真暖心，完全沒洗，水果上帶着泥巴就進來了。6，第二天 我外出回來，發現水果還是前一晚剩下的，我早上吐的果殼，還在那邊躺着，就沒有人收拾………這也配掛牌五星？？？簡直就是笑話！五星體驗 別選它家！完全沒有性價比。比起快捷還差很多！大上海服務 是我唯一特別失望的一次！

The service over the Christmas period at this hotel was just phenomenal. Nothing was ever too much to ask, every employee was eager and only too happy to attend to our needs. It is so conveniently located to all the attractions too. My fiancé and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Lovely stay in such a group location. Breakfast buffet is easily the best I’ve had! The room overall was a little bit old school style, but the bed was super comfy and I had an amazing sleep.
