陳設超級老，服務意識差，應該歸為三星差不多了，牀頭櫃的一個大洞也這麼裸露的，關鍵是服務真的是配不上這個價位，承諾退房就實時到賬的按金沒有及時退，隔了一天打電話過去，打了半天沒人接，總算有人接了，説是要前台來反饋，前台來反饋了就是工作人員太忙忘了的意思，無語…

2000多元一晚的尊貴大床房，從進酒店大堂的那一刻起，我就知道這晚住宿註定要翻車。作為全球一線酒店品牌，從辦理入住開始，沒有工作人員主動與你打招呼，詢問是否需要幫助。沒有工作人員主動幫你拿大件行李……等等一系列的問題，接踵而至。房間更是別提了，淋浴的水壓，桌上陳舊污跡斑斑的枱燈，讓人心涼，更別説歡迎水果，小食和飲料了。你想喝就請打開小冰櫃，按價收費。早餐更是一塌糊塗，雜亂無章，品種極少。總結最後，跟我住重慶的威斯汀差了十萬八千里的N次方。這也是我目前住過一線品牌就店最最最差的一家酒店。

就這條件1300多，耳機掉床上忘記拿了，酒店也不會電話告知，還是第二天發現電話過去，説第二天回覆我，結果就沒有下文了，這種服務和酒店頭銜真的不匹配，太冷漠。門口保安服務主動挺好，前台冷漠，太差了體驗感，打死都不住了

唯一的優點就是位置還可以，其他都很差。
服務：1、前台態度不怎麼樣，禮賓處態度不好，溝通能力差，閃送送個蛋糕想讓酒店提前幫忙放下冰箱，這麼簡單的事情前台轉禮賓，且最終沒有處理好。
2、入住和退房都要排隊時間久，櫃枱兩三人，但是排隊的隊伍無人引導，退房也沒有快捷通道，服務意識薄弱
3、客房服務電話接通沒有很及時，要了冰塊居然沒有冰桶裝..
設施：老舊的不能再老舊了….燒水壺、電視櫃都很老舊，窗簾漏光嚴重，浴室冷熱水沒有明確標識，放酒杯的抽屜，下面的墊都是破的，衣櫃門都是破的，且擺放和開門位置不合理，櫃門無法打開掛衣服也成問題。問題很多，不止我提到的這些，且這些問題都不像印象中威斯汀的該有的標準。
環境：走廊很窄，層高很低，估計衹有就2m3，很壓抑的感覺，像個臨時搭建的副樓。。地毯很臟，總之都不是五星酒店該有的樣子。

Front of house and breakfast staff are extremely good with service and being helpful. Even the cleaning staff will greet you. Located close to the bund and is linked to the Bund center. The room itself was too hot and the airconditioning did not seem to help. Sheets were a little dusty as well. For quick, convenient trips it is a good option.

I recently stayed at the Westin Hotel and had a great experience! The concierge staff were helpful and made my stay even better. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade and the room itself was lovely. The only minor issue I experienced was that the room was a bit too warm, but overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend the Westin Hotel to anyone looking for a lovely and comfortable stay.

Clean and professional. Close to the Bund. I stayed there only one night to enjoy the Christmas Lunch the next day. I asked them for a room with a view of the Pearl Tower, and a room on a high floor, and they had no problem arranging that.

Very old and dirty, I’m really disappointed, we booked for 2 nights but we just stayed one night, also the location is not good for vacation travelers, the staff were really kind but the receptionist was really slow and doesn’t know much English
I recommend you never stay in this hotel, it’s really expensive and doesn’t worth it at all 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
