The hotel is located at lower floors of the complex building where some tutorial branch are located in upper floors of the building. First impression is with smoky smell of the elevator. The room is large to this price standard yet the air conditioner doesn’t work until the front desk staff come to fix it. The room has lighting system that I did not enjoy much, as it does not provide sufficient amount of illumination to the room, which makes the room feel dirty.
I would say it is fair to be rated as a 3-star hotel given the location and the feeling of hourly hostel. However given the price and decent distance from metro station, I will loose my rating standard accordingly.

小而美，性價比高的酒店。
住宿地點距離地鐵站8分鐘左右，要轉去任何旅遊景點都非常方便。
酒店沒有餐廳，但是每日都會送早餐到門口，每天都不重樣，很好吃。
房間不大，但勝在乾淨、舒服，對於一人旅客是很足夠的。
酒店的沐浴露、洗髮水、護髮膏都是桔子味的。離開酒店當兒，前台還給了一份水果和糯米粉。

房間挺乾淨的，有一點特別好就是服務，出差在外，住酒店就是得舒服貼心，我這次旅途就體驗感很好，不管是前台的接待人員還是保潔人員都非常的好，有需求盡力幫忙解決和提供幫助，下次出差首選還是這家桔子，我可是桔子酒店的忠實粉絲！

住華住集團下體驗感最差的一次。
服務態度：前台一個女生態度非常差。一張嘴就是陰陽人。剛到這就破壞了我們的好心情。
房間設施：空調是壞的，窗户也打不開，窗簾是壞的，屋裡很潮濕，廁所排風也是壞的！
環境衞生：一進屋順手把包放桌上，蹭到了桌面，手上一層薄灰，絕對不可能是每天清理的房間。
早餐：好評。
住過很多家全季和桔子酒店，也住過更普通的酒店，但是這的房間設施環境衞生服務態度，沒一個好的！真沒想到。
最終體驗感受：不如去一百多的酒店。
以後不會再來這家店，非常避雷！！！
補充：走時發現除了那個陰陽人的前台，其他幾個前台態度都很好。如果不是其他人態度都很好，早餐也還行，我衹會打一分。

出差入住橘子酒店，入住手續簡便，還有welcome fruits,讓人一下子覺得暖暖的。房間潔凈舒適，早餐可口營養搭配，酒店服務人員也是細緻周到，給旅途在外的人賓至如歸的踏實感覺，必須點贊👍

帶着孩子父母 定了兩間房間 前台的服務很好~走進房間給人一種很舒服的感覺 兒子玩小度小度停不下來 房間很乾凈 晚上洗漱時發現忘了洗漱用品 手機上點了服務 小哥哥馬上就送來了 真的很棒~離外灘城隍廟都很近~附近都是吃的 地理位置很好 下次如果再來 肯定還會再預訂！
