Staff were incredibly helpful after I arrived with super heavy luggage from a one month study trip and brought my suitcase to my room for me. Like other reviews, the main downside is that there are no lifts, but there is a staff lift that they can use to bring your stuff to your room if needed (like they did for me). The room was well stocked and clean except the mugs which I didn't really care for anyways (just cleaned them with boiling water myself), but the previous customer had durian in the room so it smelt like durian my first night there which was pretty frustrating as someone who really doesn't like the fruit. Not the staff's fault, but may be something to keep in mind for the future. I used my perfume to get rid of the scent as much as possible but maybe a room spray would help. Location was amazing, literally less than ten minutes to 2 subway stations and one stop from Shanghai station if you need to take the high speed rail to another province.

직원들이 친절하고, 지하철이 가깝습니다. 세탁기 커피포트 등 편리 시설이 전부 있고, 단점은 엘레베이터가 없다 정도 있는거 같습니다. 다음에 또 방문할거 같아요.
