I highly recommend this hotel. Although the rooms were rather standard, they were well kept and very clean. But what stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay, not just our time in the hotel but our trip to Chongming island itself. They suggested many fun activities nearby for the kids such as catching crab (they even provided us with the equipment). Via Wechat they sent us suggestions and directions as well as calling to follow up our enquires). The hotel staff even helped setup our own little fishing expedition in front of their hotel! Will definitely stay in this hotel the next time we visit.

Again a great experience in this cozy hotel. I got an upgrade to the 2 story room which was amazing! I enjoyed my stay very much and the service was great!

The best thing about Kumo Hotel is the staff: they are welcoming and efficient when you are arrive. When I had a question about the nearby wetland park, the desk spent several minutes arranging my visit and making phone calls. She helped me find information on my phone and offered to be of assistance by phone throughout the day.
Also a nice feature of the hotel are the beautiful plants and fountain around the property. Since it was winter, the pool was closed, but it looked like a nice spot for summer.
The bed was comfortable and the room well appointed. There was tea provided, as well as soaps and a hair dryer. We did no get a balcony but some non smoking rooms have them- you need to ask when booking.

原本早上起床的時候頭有點脹，想要取消，後來想一想，還是如約而至。幸好來了。😄
首先這是一個家庭式的温暖民宿，但所有的設施，飲食，房間裝修都有酒店級的水準。
環境非常的好，空氣清新又安靜，坐在房間陽台的搖椅上面，靜靜的聽着蟲鳴鳥叫，還有水聲，喝杯茶，看着一對燕子飛出飛進穿過隔壁，就停駐在我的陽台花台上。
其次，房間非常的乾淨。我住酒店很多，除了真正的五星級酒店，絕大多數禁煙房一進去還是覺得有煙味，甚至有股黴味。他們家是完全沒有，而且還有令人很舒服的清香。
最點讚的是服務熱忱，老闆以及老闆娘的親切，熱情，細心，真的讓我感到賓至如歸。晚上還有夜宵。
如果不想出去吃的話，酒店也有餐廳，大廚的廚藝也很贊！也能送到房間吃！
酒店位在一個非常安靜舒服的小區。小區裏面竟然還有湖，散步在小區裏面，身心真的很舒暢。
這裏離長江大橋的景點，瀛東村，濕地公園， 東灘鳥類保護區挺近的，即使沒有開車來打車也挺方便。
下次要再帶媽媽過來。

內外部環境都很滿意，內部裝修很新，二樓房間有個大露台，早上晨練，下午小憩，很舒適開闊。屋檐有燕子窩，抬頭觀察燕子銜食回巢很有意思。小區內漫步一下，中心人工湖風景很不錯，目前住户非常少，晚上很安靜。
床品好評，面料順滑舒適。
酒店配備健身房，有乒乓和桌球可以玩玩，也有跑步機和健身自行車。
餐廳吃飯提前點餐，到點下樓，一會就上菜了，有別於附近農家樂，是酒店水準，菜色精緻，性價比也不錯，人均100吃的不錯了。
服務人員都很熱情高效，講解細緻到位，兩位前台又忙接待又忙餐飲服務，必須點贊。

我很少發表評論，但這次的入住體驗確實讓我感覺特別好，不由得想分享一下此次的入住感受。這次是參加崇明舉辦的長江半馬，對住宿有要求，想定一家安靜的酒店，能讓自己好好休息。在攜程搜到這家評分很不錯，就抱着試試的心態下了單。入住的前一天接到客服的提醒，並詢問是否半馬跑者，可以提供免費接送服務，早上也可以根據需求提供早點。入住當晚從上海市區獨自開車前往，車子開進去時，前台工作人員已經在等候了，引導我停好車後，也是很快辦理好了入住手續。晚上還提供了銀耳和水果夜宵，一口氣吃完了，居然忘記拍照。根據入住時給到前台的需求，要求早上6點半吃早餐，客服居然非常準時的6點半把早餐送到了房間，從來不吃水煮蛋的我，居然破天荒的吃下了兩顆。半馬比賽場地離酒店約4公里的距離，是老闆親自開車接送的，也是非常的意外。酒店的環境也是相當讚的，特別適合家人朋友休息。總之，整個入住體驗都讓我非常意外，能感受到每一個工作人員很用心的在做着這份事業。跟老闆約定暑假會帶家人來崇明度假，一定還住他們家。

有小橋流水的感覺，在安靜的別墅區裏。午餐晚餐可以點餐，價格合理量大味道不錯。前台兩位服務態度特別好，招人喜歡。旁邊丁壩和鳥類科研基地，濕地公園值得一去。

酒店在別墅區裏，環境幽靜。門面不大但温馨雅緻，所謂賓至如歸的感覺。小區保安認真負責，會核對預訂訊息。不同於常見的民宿，酒店裡麪別有洞天。入住的是雲朵躍層豪華套房，房間寬敞舒適，服務熱情周到。晚上放了煙花，品了水果甜點，都是酒店贈送的。早餐還提供現磨咖啡，離店還有小禮物茶葉。很不錯的民宿，值得推薦。
