Kimpton Qiantan Shanghai

Nice cool hotel with really friendly staff. I know some people might not like the Qiantan location but I don’t mind at all as it’s modern & clean.

Outstanding Customer Service of Msiss Sherry’s and the hotel staff at Kimpton. I trust this message I am writing to share my exceptional experience with the customer service of Sheryn at Kimpton Hotel. My family and I had the plan to go to Walt Disney Shanghai so I checked this hotel I that was Brand New and just opened so I decided make the reservation; During my all time staying in the hotel I was truly impressed by the high quality and fancy decoration Hotel also the location super convenient near by the mall and obviously the level of service provided and dedication on especial to Miss Sheryn that helped me to settle down my Disney Tickets. From the moment I arrived, the staff exhibited unparalleled professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commi**ent to ensuring a positive guest experience. The attention to detail, courtesy, and prompt assistance were evident in every interaction. Notably super kind and professional as soon as I saw Miss Sheryn I immediately remembered her face, “She was working as a manager in other Hotel in Hongqiao area” that always had super attitude to helped me and my colleagues during the pandemic to get PCR test QRs etc (for sure too many foreigners and Locals must remember Miss Sheryn)… attitude and kindness to help maintain until nowadays specially because with people that we don’t speak Chinese…. The exemplary customer service skills and willingness to accommodate requests left a lasting impression. I believe that exceptional service deserves recognition, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding hospitality provided by your team. Please extend my appreciation to everyone involved. I will undoubtedly recommend this Hotel and your services to my friends, family, and colleagues seeking a remarkable hotel experience. The room design is excellent and innovative. We love the complimentary bar in the evening. The hotel provides nice bicycles for rides around the area, love this experience. The location is so convenient that nearby parks, restaurants, and shopping malls. Only The breakfast was ok, but they believed they could elevate it.

A classy and elegant hotel, thoughts are put into each and every detail to make the customer experience an exceptional one. Love the ambience , design and the high tech equipments in the room. What really stands out has to be Sheryn, the Manager. Her hospitality and warmth made the stay a memorable one. She made me felt like home away from home. BRAVO!

Perfect hotel

洲際旗下的奢華潮牌。酒店位置還不錯，雖然離外灘、南京路等傳統商圈有些距離，但所在的前灘是新興的商圈，周邊有前灘太古裏和星耀前灘等大型商場。酒店裝修既復古又時尚，房間內壁爐的設計很獨特。電視機、吧枱和桌面全部是隱藏式的很新穎。酒店最大的優點就是網紅的露天無邊泳池，真的很漂亮。早餐是半自助式的，品種不是特別多，但味道很好，而且餐廳環境也很漂亮。各部門的服務都很熱情周到。非常好！

為了參加一個時尚論壇，我在一週前訂了時尚兼景觀的房間，帶上了家人一起入住了金普頓酒店，讓我暖心的事：酒店經理/stefenie妮妮 提前2天致電我 詢問我的入住情況 就幫我免費升級了房間/作家房型 90多方的大面積 當時我的內心就真心被感動到啦！在之前入住過的上海高端酒店裡 還是第一次體驗了 房間升級服務！給我寶貝 還專配小黃鴨的小童拖鞋和洗漱用品 以人為本的服務到位 可以的 ！ 在入住的過程中 打卡了酒店的熱點景觀：5樓休閑廳、8樓的酒廊/室外游泳池、一樓的大堂。大景觀的圖片 就不附加了 ，我一家在酒店裡 閑逛了一圈 看了一路 拍了一路 處處是細節 處處是藝術細胞的昇華 對於長期從事設計行業的本人來説 絕對是一次非常類似有國際藝術之旅和有類畫廊氛圍的那麼獨一份 ！由於此次下榻酒店的時間短 沒有充分體驗 期待下次機會！

上海前灘金普頓酒店 ｜ 摩登的狂歡，延伸“奢而不驕”的品牌核心。像是到了一個很酷的朋友家，公區處處是高級客廳的氛圍感。1個全日餐廳、1個酒吧。游泳池景觀很棒，説是4月1日開放。第一次見到電視、桌子、mini吧全電動伸縮的酒店，高科技中帶點小趣味。唯一吐槽一下衣櫃門的設計，有點多餘，放了行李箱後推拉不了，老是擋着梳粧鏡和風筒區的使用。

上海金普頓再也不住金普頓，被剛開業金普頓前灘酒店封面照吸引來住了兩晚，但兩天下來感受是真的不行✋，不行的是服務，可以説是管理爛到不行！酒店在寫字樓羣裏，所以很多都在説找不到酒店的大門，大門小是真的很小，但室內整體設計還是蠻不錯的，把暗黑與工業風進行了融合，適合年輕一點的人羣，但除了設計真的一點優點都沒有，特別是管理團隊爛到家了，第一晚房間裏的淋浴室就溢出滿屋子的洗澡水，原因就是下水速度很慢，要麼是之前堵了要麼是設計缺陷，當時就和前台工作人員進行了電話反饋，請他們及時來處理，結果安排了一位保潔阿姨來把房間溢出的水簡單的打掃了一下，根本就沒有處理地漏，考慮到太晚我們也不想提出換房間，第二天上午到前台再次反饋請他們再去檢查一下淋浴間溢水的問題，不要影響我們的正常使用，結果中午15:20接到酒店20869999的來電告知我們已經處理好，並誠懇地進行了口頭道歉，並強調要贈送一份果盤和一瓶紅酒表示歉意，但晚上回酒店後檢查淋浴房仍然積水，也沒有看到所謂的紅酒和水果，這是到底是服務存在問題還是對客人態度的不尊重呢？作為酒店客人我們並沒有要求你們要給予我們贈送，但起碼的酒店該有的標準還是要有吧！這些問題的反應符合1900塊一晚的服務標準嗎？晚上考慮到淋浴間仍然積水，想泡會澡，結果剛把水放滿，就看到水面漂浮有很多一團團的小絮絮，不知道是浴缸不乾淨還是水質沒有處理乾淨，真的是入住感太失望了！差評！上海文旅要好好整頓整頓！太意外了，退房的時候居然前台問我，反應的地漏問題要不要去處理下！
