Boa localização, muito conveniente para o viajante pegar vôo cedo. E o motorista do ônibus é muito amigável, nos ajuda a carregar bagagens pesadas.
Há um restaurante local em Xangai ao lado do hotel.

Se não fosse pelo vôo e pela confiança original em Viena, não importa o que eu fizesse, não teria gasto mais de 400 para ir a este maldito lugar. O quarto também tinha um cheiro de mofo. Quando entrei, descobri que a janela estava aberta. Não estava preocupado com mosquitos. Olha o maldito ambiente atrás! Não há mais nada a dizer. O hardware e o software do banheiro estão uma bagunça.

Me,my husband n my son like to stay here.hotel is near pudong airport n also disneyland. Hotel have shuttle bus to sending us to the disneyland and pick u up to the hotel again. very recommended hotel..room that we book also large n very comfortable..staff hotel are very nice n helpful.love it.

This is not the first time I've stayed at this hotel. Spacious and cozy rooms, there are all the amenities. Good location and free transfer from the airport. Friendly staff. Some points have not been finalized: I have not received information about the transfer, namely where and at what time I can take a transfer from the airport. I needed the help of an airport employee to call the hotel and clarify the information about free transfer from the airport Pudong (Upper floor, exit 29 if Terminal 2). I arrived at the hotel late and went to bed after two o'clock in the morning. It was not very pleasant to find a dirty sheet in stains and long black hair on the floor. The rest is a great hotel. I recommend this hotel

I will definitely stay at this hotel again! Hotel shuttle bus is very nice, driver has great communication with the Customer. Breakfast is delicious, highly recommend!

The hotel lobby smells good. 👍 The room was neat and clean but there’s a bit smell of cement (cuz the hotel renovated last year) but that’s bearable. 👌 You can hear the noise outside when someone’s talking, but not totally the noise of running vehicles outside.
The staffs are approachable , the breakfast buffet was great 👍😻
Suggestion: You may put some sticker or banner on the dashboard or side of the hotel van “ Vienna’s Hotel Pick Up Van” so the guests who just arrive at the airport and who doesn’t know how to speak or understand Chinese knows which van they can get into.
( Apps translations can do) but I hope someone will know how to verbalise even a basic English.
Overall it was a great experience for us . 🫶🫶🫶 Definitely will book in this hotel again once we come back in Shanghai💙🩵 and we will recommend this hotel to our friends , countrymen and colleagues.
