The front desk of the hotel is very good. They helped to upgrade the room. The sea view is very beautiful. This is the most cost-effective hotel in Tunisia. The breakfast is very rich. It was built recently and the facilities are very new.

A warm welcome we got with friendly hard working staff . Entertainment was very funny , our first time in tunisia , it was very positive . The shower had no stand so I had to hold when showering not too good the room was clean and tidy. The food had quite a wide range and was very good , the chefs and waiters were all good , the main downfall was lack of tip boxes I travel a lot and I think with a box for tips all staff should get a little extra which is much more fair for kitchen staff and security or animation team , please consider this as it shows customers the owner cares about their staff as I want to tip I now can only tip some staff as their is no other way very disappointing we tip in ireland and everyone gets something at the end of the week !!!

Highly recommended. It is located on the street that leads to the medina. Very central. It is a hostel, clean, minimal, unpretentious but very cheap. The furnishings could be a little more refined but it's still fine. We stayed two nights. Friendly reception staff. Does not accept credit card.

The hotel is close to the train station and the old town, with convenient transportation. Staff service is good. The room is spacious, but the facilities are average, which is significantly different from the five-star standard. The room facilities are four-star at most. The water is not smooth, the towels are old, and the sound insulation is not very good. But the price is cheap.

The hotel is connected to the beach and the sea. The environment is great. The food in the restaurant is delicious and delicious. The breakfast buffet is too crowded and the service is not very timely. The overall value for money is good. You need to book in advance. It's always full.

i passed really good holiday in marhaba club everything was clean and amazing also i can’t don’t talk about animation team they make our holiday better we really enjoyed with them the barmen’s was lovely the pool every thin and i’m thankful to all the staff

Although billed as a five star hotel, do not expect five star by Western European standards. This is not a criticism as it was anticipated by us, so we were not underwhelmed because we managed our expectations. Before you visit this resort, it is important to do just that - manage expectations.  Therefore, I am reviewing from that point of view, rather than from what I would normally expect of a five star hotel and am.comparing it to other, similar resorts I have visited. First impressions were very good, with a grand looking Middle Eastern / Persian style reception area which was clean, nicely furnished and cool with good air conditioning. Despite being 2am, we were met by a friendly receptionist, given small flower necklaces and a cold bottle of water each. We filled out some paperwork and were asked to pay around 80 dinars in local tax. This wasn't expected or explained anywhere, however, I subsequently found out it is normal and legal practice. We then made our way to our room and our luggage was brought to us. As a family of four, with two teenage children, I had booked a Junior Suite because the description on their website describes them as two bedroom suites, with a queen bed in one, and two singles in the other, with a separate living area. This criteria was a huge influence for us as we not only wanted separate bedrooms, but also really wanted a separate living area to relax during the evenings or other free time we had. We were disappointed to walk in and find just two interconnected bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles. There was no sitting room. Each bedroom had a balcony with a couple of chairs and a table and the main bedroom had a large bathroom with a big walk in shower, sink and toilet. The other bedroom had a separate toilet. Other than the disappointment of no sitting room, the bedrooms were comfortable enough, clean and nicely furnished. I spoke to the reception in the morning and explained that we had booked a suite with a sitting room. I was told that they do not have such suites. They only have the Junior Suites, which we had and are all set up like ours, or a prestige suite, which has one bedroom with a queen bed and a separate sitting room, however these, I was told, only accommodate two people. I even showed the guy the description and pictures on their own website (attached) but he insisted they do not have rooms like this and the pictures under the description of the junior suite are actually from two different rooms - the junior suite and the prestige suite. I explained that we were disappointed as we had specifically chosen and paid for something else, but there was nothing he could do and offered nothing other than an apology. I told them they need to redesign their website as it is clearly deceiving. Having read previous reviews, we had no issues with our in room air conditioning - it was in fact, very effective. Very good hotel, reasonable SPA price, 20% discount for hotel guests, special technicians are in place to abide by the law, Ctrip also offers a buffet dinner and breakfast for low room rates, which is really a pleasant surprise! There is also a karaoke PARTY in the hotel lobby at night. In short, this is a perfect accommodation experience!

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.
