BEDBUGS and the worst customer service we have ever experienced. After finding a bedbug and taking the live bug to the front desk, had to attempt to wake up a manager who refused to apologize or give a managers name. Person at desk (“Mike”) said there is no owner and was super rude and disrespectful. Literally told my husband he was not sorry it happened. Needless to say we left immediately. DO NOT give them your business!

My husband and I reserved a room at this hotel. It is a shame that there is almost no competition in this area for a hotel. When we went to register the gentleman who handled our check in was rude. Never looked us in the eye. My husband handed our credit card to him and he swiped it (I guess he used a swipe)and slapped it down on the counter and said it was declined.We used a debit card to pay for the room. Which is something we hate to do. Later we went to the local BBQ place and used the same credit card to pay for our meal. It was good. The next morning I checked my bank account to make sure that the correct amount had been taken from our account for the room. The reason was because the clerk was so rude we just didn't trust him. Honestly if we hadn't traveled all day and weren't so tired and if there was somewhere else close by to stay we would have just left. We will never stay there again, or recommend this facility.

Rate was correct for the room and location. The motel is convenient to the highway, The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. Everything was in good working order. Breakfast was exactly as expected. We would stay here again

We stayed here for a wedding in the area. Checked in, got dressed, and left for the wedding….so far so good. Returned about 11pm, showered, and got in bed. My 5 year old pointed out a bug crawling under the sheets. Comparison with online pictures of bed bugs was an absolute match, no mistake. We took pictures and a video, and put the bug in a plastic bag and took it to the front desk. After waking up “Mike,” I have never been treated so rudely by any hotel staff ever. He acted upset at me and never offered a “I’m sorry this happened to your family and how can we handle it.” I had to demand a refund so we could leave and packed my 2 young kids back up at midnight. I told him all I expected was a refund and some sort of empathy. He only offered crudeness, and told me, “I am not sorry that this happened.” I have perfect pictures that I will try to attach to this review, and a video time stamped in the room that night.

The person checking us in was disrespectful and made us feel as though he were disrupting his day and a bother to him. Additionally, the $50 deposit for incidentals is still on our account.
At one point we needed an additional key card. When I asked for one he made me feel like I was a criminal or something. Very upsetting stay.

The hotel is next to a train track. They stopped at 10pm. When we checked in we had to try three different numbers to find somebody to check us in. Nobody was around. If you need a hotel for a clean and safe place to spend the night while traveling thru, it will work.
