While apartment was very pretty and modern, they have major issues with sewer smells and licks in smaller bathrooms. First time we called they came, second time she came but there fix for horrible smell was spray air freshener. Very disappointed, I complained and asked to speak to owner, no one ever replied to that request.

We travelled as two couples and booked a two bedroom apartment in Eleven Real de la Carreteria. The accommodation was spacious, spotless clean and a fantastic location within walking distance of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment was really well equipped with two large bedrooms each with spacious en-suite. The agent contacted us two days before our arrival to see if there was anything we needed. She then met us in the apartment when we arrived. She was extremely helpful and gave us lots of helpful tips on the area, apartment etc. There is paid parking within a 5 minute walk of the apartment but it is expensive (40 euro for two nights) and it was quite difficult to find the entrance. Parking in cities is always troublesome. But overall it did not impact our enjoyment and we would return and use Eleven Apartments again.

We literally cannot fault this apartment (number 21). It was spotlessly clean, had everything you need in an apartment and was in a fabulous location. The staff who manage the apartment went above and beyond after our flight was delayed by a day. Cristina sorted the extra night and Karina sent us top tips for restaurants etc. She sorted us a taxi for the airport and advised that we could contact her for any issues. The whole experience has been exceptional. We would 100% recommend this apartment.

Instalaciones de 10 a apenas unos metros de los principales monumentos de Sevilla. Atención ideal de todo el equipo de recepción. No puedo encontrarlo ninguna pega a este establecimiento, nos sentimos en casa desde la llegada (que nos dieron opción a ser autónoma).
