Extremely busy for this time of year. Water park was not really suitable for 3 year old. The little pool was tiny, packed, and not enough age appropriate water activities. The next pool up was was too intense. Seen multiple children fall as a result of the water dumping on them so hard. Room floor had tiny glass shards in it. Had to report it and have them clean it.

First off, our room smelled like pot. We were there for the kaleidoscope lazy River so whatever, stayed anyway. The lazy river is the biggest false advertisement I have ever seen. It’s nothing like the videos, it’s like a short and dimly lit hallway with an Amazon projector in the middle.

I was so surprised at how many people were there in the “off” season but it wasn’t bad at all. Enjoyed our stay! Wish there was more seating on the shuttles. The workers were trying hard to accommodate but since most of us were at stone hill, we had to wait 2-3 shuttle rounds and we were freezing!!

Service was good in most areas but probably to be expected with such the crowd they had! Long lines again super crowded weekend but we have been before when no one was there. It was a fun getaway

We had a great experience and will continue to come to this property on vacation. My granddaughter had the best time in the water park. Thank you for the cleanliness of the property and great staff.

Although my stay was satisfactory, I booked through a third party and was placed in Stone Crest. Unfortunately, Stone Crest is located across the road from the water park, which is quite inconvenient. Moreover, the restaurant at Stone Crest closes early, which was a bit frustrating. I suggest that you keep this in mind before booking your stay.

We truly enjoy staying at the wilderness resort. Only thing I can recommend is lowering the prices for bowling, laser tag, games, etc.

beautiful place, comfortable. Cleaning crew need to do better. There was no shampoo or coditioner and you could tell counters were not wiped down

We loved our stay! Check-in was easy. Staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful. The location was convenient, easy to get to, parking was simple. The only thing I would recommend is a more modern upgrade to the rooms. The theme is aligned with the Wilderness, but could use an update.
