A beautiful location and brilliant staff. We greatly enjoyed the guided trip to the sand dunes and fantastic (unexpected) lunch in the desert. The guide was very good on the plants, animals and geography of the area. The lodges are well equipped and great place to stay and explore from.

An absolutely amazing experience. Our host and the staff were there for us all the way. The menus were delicious. Memorable was the sunset drinks with wine, spirits, snacks overlooking the rift valley. The luncheon under the camel thorn tree saw a carpet rolled out, table laid with tablecloth, napkins, glassware, wine and a delicious lunch. We were fascinated when an Oryx wandered up, eyed us, marked his territory and moved on. The dunes are challenging to climb but options were available.

This beautifully presented and maintained lodge is exceptional superlative value for money . The service was impeccable , the staff can’t do enough for you , the food was fabulous ( and I am vegetarian - a tough call in the desert ). Lovely atmosphere and music, log fires, swimming pool . Our room was so comfortable and the attention to detail faultless. Outdoor bath and shower attached to our stand alone unit. Tasteful decor everywhere .We had an extremely special sundowner excursion and a Sossusvlei excursion which we highly recommend. Lunch at a white cloth set table with a wash basin , chilled wine , all the details - unforgettable . The owners are attentive and pedantic about detail and quality and it shows everywhere. We will be back for certain ! Highly highly Recommended

This lodge is wonderful, we loved the interior design. All the staff are friendly and professional. The service and meals are very good. Guide for the activity are very knowledgeable Everything was perfect. Don't miss out the sundowner.

Hoodia was a very welcoming and comfortable lodge fairly close to Seisreim for Sossusvlei access. It has great food and friendly staff and a nice little pool to cool off in. The individual lodge was good with inside and outside showers and nice sitting area. The included trip to Sossusvlei was excellent, including time to climb dune 45 and extended time to take in the splendour of Deadvlei. The great lunch laid out under a shady tree before we returned to Hoodia was particularly memorable as we were the only guests and it was our wedding anniversary! Our guide was very good. Would highly recommend Hoodia

A lovely two night stay, which included a sunset drive and a full day out in the desert which was made very interesting, fun and pleasant by Enos, who was extremely knowledgeable about the environment. On both occasions, we had tables set with white cloths, chairs, good cutlery and crockery and we sat on comfortable chairs, all of which were set out on kilims. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The only thing that would prevent us from returning was the road from Swakopmund to the Lodge, which is no fault of the lodge. If you can, fly in!

This was probably our favourite lodge in Namibia - from the moment we were welcomed by our lovely guide Paulus we felt so much at home. Our chalet was just amazing with fantastic views - the outdoor shower was fantastic and we really loved the outside chairs where we could sit and relax and watch the sun go down. The central area was very comfortable - we had a quick dip in the pool too! Food superb and staff went above and beyond all with huge smiles. Special mention to Andreas and the lovely smiley lady whose name I'm sorry I can't remember. The day trip to the dunes with Paulus was fantastic and I even managed to clim Big Daddy much to the astonishment of our guide :-). Highly recommended and really wish we could have stayed longer

Situated in the arrid Tsarisberge, some 20 km from Sesriem, this lodge is a small piece of Paradise, consisting of a lounge worth the kind you find in indoor architecture magazines. You get more than a warm welcome from the staff members. The bungalows are luxurious and comfortable.

This is a great lodge! Daniël, our guide, has great knowledge both about the animals, but also about the geology and history of Namibia. The sundowner and lunch experience during the dead vlei excursion are out of this world. Everything is being taken care of, the table was set with white linnen and there was even a cold cloth after climbing a (small in our case) dune which was very thoughtful! Only suggestion I can make: the food was absolutely lovely, and they tried to accommodate the diatary requirements, but often mixed it up. Maybe there should be a better registration system for this? Thankfully there was plenty of food so nobody was hungry.
