Overall I’m happy with the stay.
Only if can provide slipper it’s good. Because the floor is too cool .

Hotel so poorly managed. Nomad for dinner, not good. Family of 5. Room cleaning is well below standard. Cups not washed. You have to ask several times for something to be done. Looks like not enough staff, poorly coordinated Recommend Marriott over this one

The hotel is a mess ! They didn’t clean properly they didn’t change the bins more than 3 days and never changed the towels We called a taxi and after 45 minutes and 4 times reminding them no one came !We asked the sofa to be made for the kids as bed ..6 hours later and 3 reminders we made the bed and opened the sofa on ourselves and when we asked for pillows they told a us to share ours.. The bus that takes as to Disneyland never came to take us back in the afternoon hours they provided two days in a row and we took a taxi the fire alarm went on accidentally while they were decorating and we run at the reception and they were laughing saying it will stop in 4 minutes ! Room service is a disaster they bring a paper bag with hot food upside down and they find it perfect ! They can’t communicate in any other language than French They just say I am very sorry

We just got back from our stay at the Ki Space Hotel. If you're looking for a fun and unique stay near Disney, the Ki Space Hotel is the way to go! Their robots were seriously amazing. These little guys are everywhere. They clean the floors, serve drinks, and even handle room service. It felt like being in a sci-fi movie! But the “human” staff was great too. They spoke Spanish, which was such a nice touch for our family. It made everything feel so much more welcoming.

I stayed here during a recent trip to Disney and really enjoyed it! The staff was attentive and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities (particularly because it's a new hotel). I highly recommend it!

I booked this hotel when it had all 5* reviews - and was then worried, one day before my stay, to see that several negative reviews had been left more recently. However, I needn’t have worried! I admittedly have very high standards and the hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. It’s a new hotel and the standards and cleanliness reflect that. The decor is modern and ‘urban’, exactly as shown in the photos, so there should be no surprises from previous guests on that front! The bar and restaurant looked fantastic, although we didn’t use these facilities. Rooms were equipped with everything you could need, I especially liked the water machines in the lobby for complimentary still or sparkling water. My only slight negative feedback would be that, as a Disney partner hotel, it would be nice if the shuttle service ran more frequently during the day. Even one return service per hour from 11am - 7pm would be better, but when we did use the shuttle in the morning and evening, it ran perfectly on time and was quick and comfortable. Overall I loved my stay here and thought it was brilliant value for money. I won’t hesitate in staying again for my next Disney holiday!

Superb- stayed as a recommended Disney partner hotel and it exceeded expectations Brand new. Great staff. Modern look and feel. A robot bar!!! Can’t fault it- good location. Shuttle to Disney could run more frequently in the day but this is a gem of a hotel. Price was superb value for money too.
