"Estudo muito limpo e confortável, completo de tudo: uma cozinha confortável bem equipada com amplo frigorífico, forno e cozinha de indução, com até mesmo a máquina de café expresso em cápsulas e banheiro com chuveiro amplo. Pequeno dentro mas com dois espaços exteriores que é o que você deseja em férias. Não viu o mar, mas está a um minuto a pé da praia e a dois minutos de tudo o que você pode encontrar em Livadi, longe de confusão e adequado para relaxar. Limpeza e troca de roupa de cama e banho todos os dois dias. Uma menção especial para Katerina a proprietária que é um excelente host, sempre sorrindo e cuidadoso a tudo e sabe aconselhar os lugares mais bonitos da ilha. O marido e a filha têm um belo bar praia a poucos passos com confortáveis camas e sombrinhos e excelente pessoal. Espero voltar em breve."

"Great location, 10 mins from the harbour. A shuttle bus conviently helps take you to the hotel. Direct access to the beach, a great pool (walk in to 3m depth), cool beach bar providing lunch, drinks and snacks. We stayed in 2 x 3 person bungalows, very good shower, a/c, fridge etc. A great breakfast available too. All hotel staff are really nice, all seem happy. Short 10 min walk into the harbour, lots of restaurants to pick from. Supermarkets, bakery, bars available. Bus took you to the hill top village, Chora every hour. Nice restaurants up there too, €2 per person on the bus. Great value for money"

"Very helpful owner so we hired a car easily and it was easy to have groceries delivered for our arrival. A lovely refurbished room with a nice terrace and a coffee machine. Collected and returned to port as arranged. Very friendly helpful staff on desk including owner’s son , Irene and Katrina and all staff in the bar and restaurant . Comfy sun loungers on beach and around pool. However I had chosen the hotel for its photos on website of its handrails to enter the pool . These were not in place and so I could not use the pool! So very very disappointed as I have arthritis and accessing the sea on the beach requires considerable balance . We swam in the sea as husband was at hand . Otherwise a lovely spot ! We thought the breakfast was good as we also stayed at eight hotels during our month’s holiday so could compare."

"We received a very warm welcome and had a lovely room with a sea view. The furnishings were standard (safe, hairdryer, wardrobe, mini-fridge). The bed was larger than usual (2 x 2 meters). We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. It included a delicious selection of typical Greek sweet and flaky pastries, Greek yogurt, bread, croissants, various drinks, etc. What I particularly appreciated was that they arranged gluten-free bread for me, as I have an allergy."

"First impressions were good but deteriorated while we were there. We were given a 2 bed apartment right at the top that we did at ask for and would have preferred a one bedroom. When we asked about this the staff expressed surprise as we had been “ upgraded” which wasn’t the point There were many stairs up the the room which were steep and we struggled with. In fact my wife fell over at one point. Air conditioner not working in bed room and not looked at for the whole time we were there until the last day when Someone looked at the air con unit upstairs but that wasn’t where the problem was. So this made it hard to sleep as v not and stuffy Service slow at times. There were too few staff in our opinion. MKonstantinos and Panos were very nice though Breakfast was poor. Decent selection but we were never given the menu for the eggs so didn’t know it was an option As previously mentioned the steps to the beach very steep and tricky in the high wind Finally there was an outbreak of flies apparently on the whole island. It was horrible. The breakfast dishes were covered up but flies were getting in and were everywhere. We were told there was Nothing anyone could do Our bedroom was infested and no support was offered We do t usually complain but it was altogether very disappointing"
