Excellent service. I had my foot ripped off and need an adhesive tape. I made the request at Room Chat and they sent me within 5 minutes. On another occasion, we need to go Sanchon for dinner appointment but couldn’t be able to get any urber or taxi on apps, so we tried to ask hotel front desk. Their staff arranged taxi for us within 10 minutes. Highly commendable for their efficiency and “can-do” attitude! The only setback is breakfast only serves until 10:30am. Would be great if all day breakfast is available as leisure travellers do not have tight schedule and tend to wake up late.

My fair review: I selected this hotel for the bathtub, room size and good location near Myeongdong (walking distance of one train station away). When I arrived, I was impressed by the pleasant hotel scent, the decor of its public areas and my room with the huge tub. And Natura Bisse toiletries too. But over my nine-day stay, I noticed my floor was not vacuumed (my leftover dinner crumbs were.. left over for two nights, accidental litter on the floor were also not picked up) and twice I found hair in the bathtub. One time was even after a request to the hotel to deep clean my room. This is the only hotel that I requested to change my bed sheets four times in 8 nights, cos I was itching and one day woke with an insect bite on my arm. The couch made my butt itch too, until I got them to vaccum mom it. But their service recovery was pleasant enough, and I got sincere apologies from the managers. Would I stay there again? Yes but in future I will make sure I give feedback promptly on their cleanliness instead of keeping it till the last few days of my tour!

Nice and clean hotel. Located close to Train station and tour group set off point. Only down side it’s when you make booking through trip.com you cannot accumulate Marriott Bonvoy app. That’s disappointing for me to find out and it’s not clear while booking

The hotel is located in the center of Yeouido, just across the street from Hyundai Department Store/IFC MALL. There are many choices for shopping and eating, very convenient! The hotel staff speaks fluent English and has a very good service attitude The Byredo shampoo used in hotels smells great. The only drawback is that the bath water is sometimes hot and cold, and you may get burned suddenly.

This hotel is in a great location and COEX is easily reachable via bus. Lots of places to eat or grab a quick bite or coffee nearby.

Hotel insisted that I must get a separate room for my 2 young children, as the max no. of people allowed for this room is 4A + 1C. Though we’re a family of 7 (5 children under 17), the hotel refused to accept that we can’t let our young children stay in a separate room on their own.

I stayed at the Junior Suite King for 2 nights on the weekend (Sat & Sun). I stayed there for about 8 nights at the end of 4 years ago and loved it so much I had to come back again, but after a long time, it was a 5-star hotel in Yongsan that did not disappoint. The staff were all friendly and greeted me first From the moment I waited for check-in to check-out everything was great. The sauna + hot water & cold water were all the best.

The first choice to take children to Seoul, cost-effective. Very close to Seoul Station. A little old, but well maintained. There are a large number of Middle Easterners who seem to live here but it doesn't matter. The front desk can help call a taxi, order takeout, etc. There is also a delicious samgyetang nearby.

I stayed here for 10 days on this business trip. The location, service and environment are good. The only gym is on the 2nd floor and then take the elevator to the 6th floor. There is a swimming pool and fitness equipment. There is a modern department store next door and Coex downstairs, where you can eat, drink and play.

Every time you use the Somerset Hotel, you feel comfortable with a leisurely space. Big bedroom and bathroom, kitchen.. and living room.. far out, but it provides comfort like our home. Breakfast is clean and full of attentiveness. Korean style .. It was very good because it was rich in salad.
