O Pullman mais escandaloso do mundo, ao usar mangas curtas no verão, o ar condicionado ficará desligado das 12h às 9h! Vai desligar o ar condicionado! Estava quente e suado sem uma colcha. Fazia calor várias noites e eu não dormia bem, o ar condicionado ligava de manhã e a decoração recomeçava, o som da máquina era ensurdecedor.

Honestly didn't think much of this hotel but was really surprised when my friend and I stepped into our room. It was really clean and the aesthetics of the room & bathroom was on point. Full length windows, we're able to see Namsan Tower. Location wise is great as I visit Gangnam area a lot, it's just 10-20mins away by taxi. There's a metro station just 300m away too. Overall, I had a pleasant stay here and I'll definitely wanna visit again when I'm back in Korea!

The Nansam King Room is one of the best I have ever stayed. It’s very spacious, comfortable and highly recommended. You have a beautiful view of the nansam tower too. One word to describe- Excellent . Price: value for money

I booked this hotel early April and had a emergency surgery. I tried to change my conservation cause have to wait my tumor report.They totally denied. I used this hotel several years before and choose this hotel this time they totally let me down.

Service can be improved and you have to pay for the toilet amenities for environmental friendly which I think not necessary. Majority of the guests will need to pay for toothbrush as it is essential.
