Excellent staff and service. Delicious food. Big and wonderful rooms. Great amenities. Superb swimming pool. 🏊♂️ Bird watching tower, garden, play area, all the loving pets. Room service is very nice. Clean place

The best resort of Kanha. Service, food, hospitality was excellent. Looking forward to go again. It was one of the memorable tour. They had organized ***y activities like candle light dinner, nature's walk and. trekking.

As a customer who recently visited Riverwood Retreat Pench, I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. I had high expectations for my stay, but unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed. This was primarily because of the behaviour of the front desk staff being led by the property ***ager. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to guest needs. They lacked etiquette and I truly feel they need serious lessons in hospitality. They need to shed their ' We dont care' attitude'. Furthermore, the facilities promised on their website were either unavailable or not as advertised. The swimming pool was not properly maintained and had a murky appearance, making it unappealing for use. There was moss all over the pool floor. The recreational activities mentioned were not well-organized or properly maintained. The value for money was not justified, and I felt disappointed with the overall experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking a quality and memorable experience.

Overall i would rate the property decent. Enjoyed a lot with the family and extended family. Food was excellent. lot of activities to. Two suggestion, the swimming pool need to definitely improved and bye cycles for visitors need maintenance.

Had a wonderful experience. The property is very good and the staff makes it even better. Overall the experience was amazing. We had gone for a family reunion of 40 people and everyone came back happy and relaxed.

Spacious fully furnished rooms with a private lawn and an additional private open air shower. Good bed and fluffy pillows, had a comfortable 2 night stay. We opted for veg buffet and it was just superb with enough variety over 2 days. Open lawn allowed us to relax with extended family and kids. Resort provided excellent service: room, pool side, restaurant, arranging group activities, safari and trek. Highly recommended for family and group get togethers

Went there with family ( a group of 35). Everything about the resort was awesome, right from the room, service, food, and hospitality. Our group included kids of 2-4 y too. We are glad that the resort could cater their food too.

Amazing experience. Food was simply superb.. resort was very serene and we had a quality time during our 2 night stay with extended family.. must visit resort for family & friends. The Safari ride was very good too. very organised & punctual..
