It was a horrible experience. I think the owner is the only one who managed the accommodation. Saw him cooking and serving breakfast and front desk work etc. I’m pretty sure he also does cleaning alone. When I checked in, I saw dirty substances on the bed. - photos attached. The owner apologized and showed me another room - even dirtier. Hairs were everywhere on the bed sheet. I’m pretty sure the bed sheet hasn’t been changed for quite long. The owner said that’s the only two rooms I could choose as these are same to the bed configuration I booked.
I asked for new bed sheets, and he said he can provide but doesn’t know how to change. So my mum and I changed them together.
With no customer service mind at all!!!!
The only reason I book this hotel was because of jacuzzi, which was dirty as well. I had to wipe everywhere before using, but still dust were stuck inside.
It is not a cheap hotel. Wannna get my money back!
