This hotel is near to the shinhwa theme park. Even if not visiting the theme park, its location is also near other kids attractions such as pororo theme park. Place is very new and clean. Highly recommended

Luxurious resort complex but it's in the middle of no where. Best if you have kids and family there. Very close to the tea museum and innifree shop.

Went during early November autumn. No cold ac available. Only hot air from ac. Open window for wind but not much wind. Room facing sunrise making it worse. Never have I sweat staying in a hotel before especially on a such expensive hotel. Other cheaper hotels that I have stayed during my trip all have cold ac or fan and better ventilation. Lucky afternoon go out for a tour. If not sure hot die in room if want to just relax.
Other than that, there is restaurants in hotel area. They gave free three ride for the theme park. Parking free available. Very near to ossuloc tea museum. Not much view as expected. There is ****** too.

Location is south of Jeju and we have to take taxi to get here. Room is big enough and breakfast is excellent. Facilities are excellent.

Pool access you have to pay 25,000 won , it’s not a good deal and everything is pricey. Not a lot of selection , a bit far from other tourist destination .

The help desk was especially helpful with their suggestions to visit for food or other places to visit. I had a hard time understanding korea but their staff was able to speak in English which made it so much easier.

We chose this hotel to see if the theme park was worth a visit. We were happy that we were given free theme park vouchers for all of us. But the weather was way too cold for us to enjoy the outdoor rides. Location was good. We enjoyed the sights nearby. The hotel lobby was beautiful. We love that there were Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts within the building. There was also a foodcourt but prices were high. There were some restaurants but we didn’t try them out. The room itself was simple and not as well kept as the other hotels we stayed at. No smart toilets and no bathtubs. Overall an enjoyable stay
