If I could I would give it more than 5 stars. One of the best places I’ve stayed. Very clean, the Staff were so friendly and helpful. My spa treatment was amazing. The breakfast was incredible and there was so many options. My family also came to have a meal and they were very accommodating for a gluten free family member. The views were stunning. Me and my boyfriend had the best time and we can’t wait to come back sometime. Thank you so much ❤️

I went to the Spa at Hotel Raffaello after booking a muscle massage. The receptionists confirmed it two times and I communicated clearly that was the type of massage I booked. When I arrived to meet the masseuse Anna, she immediately told me that she doesn’t do that type of massage and that it is not her fault that it is offered on the spa menu. She said she only does massages her way. I found that weird but I decided to continue. After two minutes into the massage she said that I was tense and asked me if I want to stop because I probably don’t like her massage. I didn’t feel that tense but after she asked me again, I definitely started feeling tense. After about twenty minutes she asked me to turn around. I asked her if she could focus a little bit more on my shoulders. After I asked her that, she seemed offended and said that she does the massage her way and that the reason that I asked her that was because I didn’t like her massage. Then, she again said that I “ don’t like her massage “ and said that I don’t speak Italian well and that I don't understand her. ( which is not true I am Italian and speak the language fluently, it felt really insulting ) and because I didn’t like her from the start. It started to feel very aggressive and I felt like I became her therapist.. I told her that I would like to stop ( after about twenty minutes ) because the conversation made me uncomfortable and because I actually came for a massage but she continued to say that I don’t like her. I asked her to unlock the door so I could leave, which after a minute she did. When I went down to the receptionist and explained the situation and how uncomfortable I felt after, they said: well, we can’t do anything about it and charged me half the price. They ignored the fact that the masseuse insulted me and still decided to charge me, even though I left after twenty minutes. I have never had such a bad massage experience and I have had many massages, from sports massage to Ayurvedic as I travel a lot for work and frequently need massages. If you want a relaxing, quality experience I don't recommend this place.

Bell'edificio con spazi curati. Camera pulita e ordinata ma piccola, letto non tra i più confortevoli e vista così così TV con pochi canali e senza possibilità di accedere alle applicazioni ormai tipiche della TV (Netflix, prime, ecc.). Comodo il garage a un costo ragionevole (10€/notte). Colazione modesta e servizio altrettanto modesto. Prodotti ordinari e scelta ridotta. Reception non particolarmente accogliente (non ci è stato detto nulla circa l'area gym e wellness) e non informata sulle manifestazioni e iniziative del posto. Un. po' troppo caro per l'offerta complessiva

Bella e moderna struttura a 100 m. dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ovunque spazi ampi, nuovi, luminosi e puliti. Grande camera e bagno. TV grande, frigobar gratis e bollitore con bevande calde. Kit di cortesia ed accappatoio per poter fruire di spazio e piscina estiva. Purtroppo camera freddina (20.9 gradi) con impossibilità di avere un grado in più. Buffet colazione da migliorare per qualità delle proposta, discrete ma non al livello della struttura.

Hotel modernissimo, comodo da raggiungere, vicino al mare e al centro. Camera e bagno con tutti i comfort, minibar compreso nel prezzo. Disponibilità di garage riservato. Colazione a buffet ricca e di qualità. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Un posto tranquillo con personale molto disponibile, l'hotel è situato vicino al centro storico facendo due passi a piedi e al lungomare dove si ha l'opportunità di scegliere dove pranzare o cenare. La struttura offre un parcheggio, ma nel caso nelle vicinanze non mancano gli spazi. Consigliato !

Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni. Stanza molto bella spaziosa e abbastanza insonorizzata ( visto la vicinanza della stazione ferroviaria). Personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Abbiamo usufruito anche della SPA molto funzionante e luminosa. ( Nuova).

Hotel che mi vede ospite per la seconda volta nell'arco di un paio di anni. Sempre un bellissimo hotel pulitissimo. Stanze comode, tv con sky, parcheggio auto in garage. Chicca: Ristorante interno ottimo veramente. Personale cordiale e preparato. E' un hotel fantastico che consiglio. Dimenticavo: Colazione strepitosa
