A must visit destination for all holiday makers. When we visited it was cold and chilly so would suggest warmed months but very beautiful place. Enjoyable to go with teenage children like we did for a long weekend

Our only reservations were about the restaurant. The dishes were uneven. Wait staff struggled to communicate with English-speaking guests. We had several dish mis-haps delivered.

Das Hotel Bernstein ist etwas ganz Besonderes, von der Lage bis zum Service. Die Nähe zur Ostsee und der phantastische Ausblick auf die Seebrücke von Sellin sind einmalig schön. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und überrascht mit besonderen Angeboten. Das Schwimmbad haben wir zum ausspannen sehr genossen.

Es war rundum ein toller Aufenthalt im Hotel Bernstein, vom Empfang bis zum Abschied. Der Wellnessbereich ist super und die gebuchten Massagen haben toll in unseren Tag gepasst, war toll geplant von den Mädels der Wellnessoase und man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen haben keine Wünsche übrig gelassen, toller Service, auch von der Küche. Im Apar**ent waren vier Kopfkissen zur Auswahl für jeden und eine Bestellliste für noch mehr Auswahl. Alles war schön sauber und hübsch zurecht gemacht. Wir waren zu dritt und kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Service und Engagement der Angestellten ist ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist TOP. Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Einzige kleine Einschränkungen bei der Bewertung ist der zu unterdimensionierte Saunabereich für ein Hotel dieser Größe und Kategorie 4*. Im Poolbereich - dem hellsten Bereich des Hauses (Glasdach) - stehen unbegreiflicherweise nur Kunstpflanzen. Die Fahrräder entsprechen in Technik, Zustand und Optik nicht dem Niveau eines 4* Hauses. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Seit vielen Jahren unsere Numer 1 auf Rügen, hier passt alles von A bis Z. Es ist immer wieder schön, da zu sein. Die Zimmer sind praktisch ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt, selbst das W- Lan hat überall problemlos funktioniert. Man wird freundlich empfangen bei einem Kaffee oder Sekt, man trifft " alte Bekannte" und freut sich schon auf das reichliche Frühstücksbuffett am nächsten Morgen, wo wirklich jeder Wunsch erfüllt wird. SUPER !! Liebe Bernsteiner, macht weiter so, die erhaltenen Auszeichnungen zeugen von Eurem Können.

Das Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage. Direkt an der Steilküste gelegen hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf die See. Im Ort ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber und für einen längeren Urlaub groß genug und gut ausgestattet. Vielleicht fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Personal ist jederzeit hilfsbereit, kompetent und fleißig. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt kaum Wünsche offen und ist sehr lecker. Auch ein Candlelight-Dinner hat überzeugt. Wir können dieses Hotel ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.
