A lovely holiday, from start to finish! On arrival we were greeted by the hotel manager with fresh juice, which was a lovely touch, we checked in and were shown to our rooms. The rooms were lovely, very clean and spacious, enough light, mirrors and storage space, and the air con system was very good, better than other hotels I’ve been to. Hotel is right next to the beach, which is ideal. It’s situated out of town but that didn’t bother us, taxis out were cheap but we didn’t feel the need to go out much. The gardens outside were gorgeous and well maintained. There are quite a few cats around the hotel which I loved! The staff ask guests not to feed them, as they are fed and watered by the hotel staff which is really nice to see. The main pool was very nice, very clean, good music and good access to the poolside bar. You can struggle to find a sunbed directly by the pool unless you’re there early enough, but I think this is the case anywhere you go. The food was so good! Variety every night, mix of local cuisine and normal foods to suit everyone, even the snack bar in the afternoon had lovely food. I ate so much all week I’m still full now! Drink choice within all inclusive was good, lots of cocktail options. The staff were fantastic, super friendly and helpful, anything we needed they would help with, no complaints whatsoever. The bar and restaurant staff were very hardworking and efficient. The entertainment nights they put on were great, Columbia night, Turkish night, Acrobats night etc. Sam and Speedy the entertainment staff were brilliant, they made such an effort to get people involved in fun games such as water polo, boccia, aquagym and mini golf, they learnt our names and were always really funny and friendly. They made the holiday experience feel more personal and you can tell they put a lot of hard work into what they do so we really appreciated that. We had a TUI trip out to Ephesus ancient city which was amazing and interesting, would definitely recommend - take a hat, sun cream and plenty of water! Also went to the night market in Gumuldur which was good, the reception staff arranged a taxi for us. Had a massage in the hotel spa which was also very good! On leaving we were helped with our luggage by hotel staff and were thanked and waved goodbye by the hotel manager, again, a lovely personal touch. The only thing I can think of to recommend would possibly be more seating in the upstairs bar area, on karaoke or quiz nights some guests were struggling to find somewhere to sit and there weren’t enough seats but there was space to add more. All in all it was a lovely holiday, I could write lots more about the positive experience! Some people seem to complain about very minor details, some which are out of staffs hands (such as too hot or pebbly beach?!), but I think you just can’t please everyone unfortunately. What a resort this hotel is new and in the early stages it will only get better. The hotel staff from front of house to cleaners all have a smile on their faces, and nothing is too much trouble. As for the entertainment team, run by Sam is wonderful and will encourage you to participate in as much as you wish, too. As for the food and drink, you are so spoilt even for the most fussiest of eaters. But need to be warned sunbeds do go very quickly

10/10 experience. Arrival - we arrived at 2230 with several other couples but staff were all on hand, rooms were sorted quickly and we were able to eat as the restaurant is open for 'midnight snack' from 11-12. Food - you won't go hungry. We didn't eat at the a la carte restaurant because the normal buffet had everything we wanted and more! Intolerances/allergies are largely catered for and don't miss out on the bbq which is just outside the main dining area. I hate to think how many desserts we ate over the week, but there's so many to choose from it's rude to not fill your plate! Facilities - we had a room with a pool. The bed was comfy and we slept really well. The private pool is bliss and definitely worth the upgrade. We had no problems at all around the normal pool (but didn't spend any time at the relax pool). The pool is just a few yards from the beach. The beach itself isn't up to much but the coast line is stunning, with land visible almost 360 degrees, including the Greek island Samos straight ahead. Staff - best til last. The staff lead a packed activity schedule so that there is always something to do. Most activities are only 30 mins so there's still plenty of time to relax and do nothing in peace though. One morning we had a month's worth of rain fall in approx 7 hours, but the site team worked so hard and fast to clear away the flooding that by mid afternoon you wouldn't even know. We stayed for 10 nights at this lovely hotel and didn’t have any complaints. It was a fantastic holidays with no complaints. The food is very good. Lots of choice and always hot. Staff in the restaurants and bars worked so very hard and nothing was too much trouble rooms lovely, spacious and modern. Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Management were very good and we could see they helped out in areas that were a little short staffed. They had 2 lovely dogs Fanta and Lucky. Very friendly and worked long hours. Pool area gorgeous and Drinks at the pool bar very good. We didn’t encounter any queues to be honest. A la carte restaurant is a must. Food amazing especially the pasta course. It was my birthday whilst I was there and they surprised me with a beautiful cake. Please don’t hesitate to book this hotel. You will have a great holiday.

Can’t fault this hotel from the food and drinks to the staff . All food fantastic and so much choice. Bar staff and restaurant staff always happy to help . A special shout out to Sam and the entertainment team go above and beyond and seem to remember everyone’s name. We did the cocktail making classes and the cooking class. This entailed walking past the kitchens and I can assure you these were spotlessly clean. All in all if you want a relaxing holiday with good quality food and drink this is the hotel for you . A special mention also to the management team who go above and beyond to make things run smoothly. Good luck to the team for the rest of the season. If you’re looking for a relaxing and beautiful hotel to go to this is an absolute gem! Literally no complaints whatsoever. The hotel grounds were spotless and so peaceful. Even if there was anything to fault it was rectified straight away (things like the pond at the side of the pool which the filter had broke). Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were cleaned every day and always to a high standard. Food was so tasty and fresh and different every day. Was refreshing to be in an all inclusive and feel like you weren’t just eating frozen and processed basic foods. Breakfast was incredible, but if you’re looking for sausage and bacon you won’t find it! We had poached egg pesto and tomato everyday, so tasty. Entertainment work so hard, shout out to Sam for being so lovely and getting people involved. Loved watching the spoon game and water polo. The Columbian dancing and acrobatic show were great! Thankyou angora beach for a fantastic much needed reading week away! Going to miss it so much!

Amazing week break from start to finish. Staff and hotel very welcoming, rooms were lovely and clean upon arrival and cleaned to a high standard every day. Weather was perfect - hot every day. Restaurant and food was one of the best for hotels I have stayed in. Fresh food, different menu every day, all cooked (and always kept hot) to a high standard. The one free visit to the culinarium is definitely worth it (a la carte). Food and service were great. Pool setting and bars are nice and chilled, easily accessible, plenty of sun beds as well as space on the beach if needed. There was a couple of bars up the beach about a 10-15 min walk away if you like to venture out. Special mention to the entertainment team - especially Sam! Full of energy, poolside every day with activities like aqua fit, darts, boccia, water polo etc.. then into the night when Sam would often host the evening entertainment, whether that be karaoke , quiz night or any of the great shows that are passing through. (Latino dancing show and African acrobatics whilst we stayed). Thank you Sam and thank you to the rest of the staff for making it a memorable stay for us! The staff at this hotel are really good, the food is good, the restaurant is spotlessly clean as is the spa pool and the large pool, getting a sunbed after 8.30 by the pool is almost impossible, there is no hot water for a shower in the evening as it is used up by the other guests in the block. The relax pool is a disgrace, piles of ant debris left for the whole two weeks that we were there, no shower or toilets, scum on the side of the pool, glasses left for the guests to clear away, the last three days they put that much chlorine in the pool that it was so green that you could not see the bottom my wife and I both had upset stomachs as did two other couples that we spoke to.
