In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Group in Kappl, 8 km. Additional accommodations can be booked. Apart from an oven, this accommodation has all the amenities needed to ensure a pleasant stay. The panoramic windows provide a great view. There are heated boot dryers in the ski room.

We spent a very nice skiing holiday with five people at the property. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable - due to it being built in 2022, the furnishings were top notch. Unfortunately the infrared cabin was defective and could not be used during t

The view and room layout are hard to beat, an apartment where you can easily spend a rainy day. We were missing an oven, a privacy screen in the shower and a clear allocation of parking spaces.

Very nice new apartment with a fantastic view. The infrared sauna is also great. Well divided with enough space. However, there is no oven. A shower/toilet window is without a screen to the neighboring house! All in all very nice and modern.

A holiday apartment with large windows and a very nice panorama. All relatively new in very good condition. The kitchen equipment is complete. Nothing was missing. Just an oven would be nice.
