This is our third stay at your facility. I was told it was under new management & changes had been made. It took over 30 min to check in even thought I was the only one doing so. the pot holes are still in the parking lot & driveway, only larger this year. Our room's #133 door had to be forced open & closed. There were 2 chairs in the room, each had one broken arm. The sink was very slow to drain. General of the room's appearance was OK all thought the dresser was in need of painting. The bed was very noisey on entering. There was only one ice machine working in the complex, the other was turned off. The morning we checked out both pots of coffee were cold. There was no mix to make waffles with

Our stay was fine, we were at the Sebring raceway most of the day. The breakfast was not that great and the coffee had no taste.

Non existent ice machines, wifi did not work at all. TV had minimal stations and poor reception. The beds were awful, soft and squeaky.

No extra lock on the door.could not turn lights on with the switch by the door.Beds were very comfortable.no elevator but I will definitely stay again.

The hotel has no curbside appeal and appears very old. However, we were pleasantly surprised how clean and kept the room was. The morning breakfast was okay…nothing spectacular… but we still ate it! The employees (Eesha, Maria, and Jose) were extremely professional and courteous. For the price and location… we will definitely stay here again.
