O hotel oferece UMA variedade de opções de pequeno-almoço, com UMA localização conveniente e um serviço de mesa frontal, que são profissionais e amigáveis. A área circundante sente-se muito segura e agradável, e o acesso ao transporte é excelente. Em geral, é UMA estadia confortável e agradável, recomendada para viagens de negócios e lazer.

The best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to. Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something]. Some things to note: Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner]. Why not 5 stars all around? The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately].

酒店前台服務非常好，房間乾淨，房間配送免費浴鹽，check in 時前台會給2瓶水，還有一個Welcome drink，5 －7點提供房客免費一杯紅酒，還提供免費送到附近的景點。酒店地點非常方便，100米內有公車站，超市。 這次入住房還剛好有一點的針塔景觀。推薦去西雅圖旅遊的考慮入住。

Great location by the waterfront and close to many restaurants. Walking distance to Pikes Place Place Market which is very cool. Get there early to avoid huge crowds.  The rooms are smaller than you may think. Pictures do not show how small the room really is but it was fine for a couple days when we spent most of the time in the city. Breakfast with unlimited specialty coffee drinks was great.  Would definitely recommend this for short visits or before a cruise.

Susan no escritório frontal fez o check-in e ELA estava maravilhosa, explicando cuidadosamente todas as instalações do hotel. A localização era perfeita.No centro Da cidade, perto dos locais de compras, todos devem ir para lugares na cidade de Seattle, e também para a estação de metrô que você Pode levar para o T-Mobile Park ou o aeroporto.

The room was big and clean, and the area felt really safe. I could walk to most places, and public transportation was convenient. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit.

Ao fundo da colina do centro de Seattle, esperamos um passeio/uber para a cidade se você estiver a ir assim. Também não há fãs no banheiro que tipo de ****** e a TV não estava funcionando. Caso contrário, ao lado da água que era realmente bonito. Por isso, você deve saber que $100 por depósito noturno até $500 por 5 noites+.

O pessoal do hotel é amigável, MAS não é útil.A máquina de lavar roupa não funcionava depois de ter pago e colocado roupas e detergente, então EU liguei para a frente, e eles me disseram que a máquina de lavar roupa não funcionava. Perguntei-lhes porque não tinham feito um aviso, o Frente disse que ele acabou de descobrir quando ligo. No início ele me pediu para esperar até a manhã seguinte, então eles podem chamar a empresa de máquinas de lavar roupa para tentar me devolver. De qualquer forma, eles não estão certos se EU vou ou não receber o reembolso!!! No final, voltar e sair, o Frente concorda EM me reembolsar EM dinheiro e dar algum detergente para ir para outro piso para a lavandaria. Cheguei a Seattle atrasado às 11h00, com o carro, e paguei o preço de estacionamento diário. Como vou deixar Seattle apenas algumas horas depois de sair, eles me disseram que não podia deixar o carro Na garagem até tarde, porque precisam do espaço. Disse que paguei uma «taxa diária», por isso, em princípio, devia poder estacionar o carro até tarde da tarde, mas eles não me disseram, é minha escolha verificar tarde e não podem fazer nada para prolongar o meu estacionamento até tarde. Perguntei-lhes se é esse o regulamento, que o deviam pôr claramente na descrição e informar os convidados, em especial os convidados internacionais que poderiam ter outra interpretação sobre a «taxa diária». No final, me permitem estacionar até às 2:00, o que é demasiado cedo para mim, e preciso mudar o meu plano em Seattle devido à questão do estacionamento. Em conclusão, a atitude geral é que eles se desculpam se o convidado tem algum problema, mas eles não podem ajudar muito!!!!

Hotel muito bom e com ótimo custo-benefício. Pelo preço que é cobrado, entrega exatamente o que promete. O quarto era confortável, tudo estava limpo e organizado, e a experiência no geral foi bem tranquila. Não tive nenhum problema durante a estadia e não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Eu ficaria novamente.

The good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious. The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side. The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
