Knights Inn Searcy

There was a giant roach in the shower and the sink leaked water from the bathroom into the hall when we used it. This made it to where we did not shower during our stay also the over fan for the bathroom worked little to none. It made noises but it did not do anything for the air in that room.

Hotel was under renovation and all areas were a mess, dining room was closed. I could hear the guy in the room across the hallway yelling all night long, even though we both had our doors closes. There was a strong wet paint smell during all 6 days I stayed there. Not enough lighting in the room. But the price is unbeatable and staff were really friendly and helpful.

I love this hotel, very acomadating, and amazing service. room was clean and updated. public area is currenly getting updated now wiht fresh paint. breakfast room opening up soon as paint done. i will be back soon to this hotel next month. Thank you to everyone.

There remodeling goin on the room didn’t look like in the pictures very small room not staying again

I recently stayed here, the rooms are very clean and affordable, the staff are very helpful. It's very safe and quiet, softest bed ever . Housekeeping and front desk will go out there way to make you feel at home.

I always have a pleasant experience. I work nights so it’s important to find a quiet place to stay. It’s quite and it’s clean. I have stayed here several times and it’s always clean. No bugs!! Friendly staff. The owner takes excellent care of his guests. Even makes sure my trash gets taken out and clean linen according to the needs of my schedule. Now to me…that is service.

Upon arrival I noticed a sign I had never seen in a hotel parking lot it stayed FOR VETERANS ONLY ! Wow I was impressed I kept looking around I noticed the lawns were manicured and mowed nicely there was even disabled parking as I went in to hotel it was a little nostalgic staircase off of lobby front desk people were very professional and inviting they were quick to give me my room after they asked for credentials. So far so good the rooms are clean , quaint and it’s very quiet even on the weekends I would give this place 5 stars any day if the week highly recommended

Me and my four children stayed for 10 days. Owner was super nice and understanding. Rooms were clean, maid was sweet, friendly, made sure there was toilet paper, clean towels, and room. Quiet and no issues. Must stay!!

Always check reviews before booking, and felt confident based on what I read on Google. Stayed 10 nights total, and checked in late one afternoon with no problems. HANDS DOWN BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SEARCY. Never did I feel alienated, and was always greeted with genuine kindness. Owners very attentive, never felt as though a safety issue would arise during my stay, and literally had a super comfortable stay. I'm a little needy and OCD so I asked for extra towels, and cups every day.. and had no issues receiving what I asked for. Also locked myself out of my room, around the 5th day, waited for that little awkward moment in-between the exchange to take place.... and it never did. The Owner was super chill, so I really appreciated the service here. Housekeeping was also super friendly and attentive. Room was cool upon entrance, fridge was also cold, and..no stray hairs laying around that leave you wondering which part of the body they fell from. Right in the middle of town, comfortable brand new mattresses (Yes, I'm crazy.. :/ I checked as soon as I shut the door), and I promise..you cannot find a better deal... or the same customer service experience. Hot coffee in the morning, mini fridge, microwave, spacious desk, decent sized room for 2 people.
