My husband and I checked in late in the evening after travelling 16 hrs by car. We went straight to bed. We woken up most of the night scratching with bites, we put the full lights on blood on curtains, looks like washed up vomit on carpets, very dirty and smelly, dirt on shower and toilet. This was a dreadful night . Not even a 1 star. Ben's very old and uncomfortable with bugs. We paid just less than 200 euros for one night to come out with a rash. We checked out at 7am mentioned to reception, his reply was he didnt know about this, not even I'm sorry or will make a complaint to management. Not even water in the room upon arrival. I asked reception, he said you can drink the tap water from the bathroom...well what a nice welcome, I went to buy water after a long tiring travel. I had no option to complain to Accor to contact them directly by email. It was a waste of time making a formal complain at reception as they shown no interest in their profession on night and day duty. No option to change rooms .
