Fugir. Chegada em um quarto sujo, que cheira a cigarro (os cigarros estavam no chão...) manchas de bebidas no chão, no sofá além de migalhas de comida. O banheiro… não vou falar disso… a luz? Não mais, pois não havia... Finalmente fui transferido para outro hotel, muito melhor que este.

Começamos que a recepcionista não estava trabalhando durante o horário de check-in e tivemos que ligar várias vezes para ela para nos dar o código da caixa para que pudéssemos pegar a chave. Chegando no quarto, estava sujo e quando ligamos para a senhora, ela nos disse para esperar meia hora para ela chegar, o tempo passou e ligamos para ela, ela nos disse que esperaríamos mais meia hora e mesmo que disséssemos ela que tínhamos coisas que fazemos, ela respondeu gritando conosco e dizendo que tínhamos que esperar por ela no hotel. Saímos e dissemos para ela deixar a chave no cofre, e quando chegamos tiramos a chave e não funcionou, ligamos para ela, a mulher saiu de um dos quartos, ela nos deu outra chave e saiu . O resto da estadia não foi muito diferente. O apartamento que ela nos cedeu não era duas camas de solteiro e sim uma, fomos pedir mais lençóis e ela não nos deu, e toda vez que entramos em contato com ela ela foi rude. Não há reembolso se você cancelar, também não havia quartos disponíveis em outros hotéis que vimos e por isso ficamos, caso contrário teríamos saído na primeira noite

STAY AWAY! It's a scam. Mold everywhere in the rooms and the hosts screamed at us for wanting a room without rampant mold growth. The bed sheets were also stained and disgusting. Afterwards the owners have tried to scam me claiming they never got the key back.

They don’t even deserve one star My stay at the hotel was the most disappointing experience of my life. The receptionist, Angilani, proved to be unreliable, untrustworthy, grumpy, and rude. I strongly advise against anyone staying there, as she significantly impacted our holiday from the very beginning. Upon arrival, Angilani failed to notify us that our key was in the hotel's express check-in box. With no one at the reception and no code provided, we waited for 30 minutes. After numerous calls, she finally answered and informed us that she would be there in 30 minutes due to a supposed meeting. Upon entering our room, we found it extremely dirty with a foul smell in the toilet. We had to leave for an appointment and called her for assistance. She claimed she would arrive in 30 minutes, but when we called again, she insisted there was nothing she could do. An hour later, she called shouting, instructing us to find the new key in the express check-in box without providing the code. Despite our repeated calls, she screamed at us on the phone without giving us the necessary information. After a long day, we returned to the hotel, and the new key failed to open the room. We waited 30 minutes for her to resolve the issue. The following day, I approached the reception only to find Angilani wearing her pajamas. When I requested a duvet, she directed me to a cleaner who did not speak English and later claimed they were out of stock. This was a disgraceful attitude towards guests. The shower had inadequate hot water, and the unclear electricity usage policy left us uncertain about potential charges. Overall, our stay was a disaster and extremely unpleasant. I sincerely hope others won't have to endure what we experienced."

stinky and very noisy place. bunch of cheating staff . very rude, no any customer attention, they have sent me fake document as invoice and are ignoring all my requests and reminders for the real invoice ( even initially requested during the booking), most probably hiding taxes. will take them to the tax authorities in Brussels

Complete disgrace of a hotel/accom!! Myself and a friend booked for two nights last week, and we were unable to make the check in due to car issues. So informed the hotel of our late arrival. We were in contact with the booking agent and they we perfectly fine throughout that point. We were waiting for the codes to the hotel for our 3am arrival time which never came. I was emailing desperately trying to obtain the codes, and didn’t receive anything from them. We ended up sleeping in our van out of the city (due to the lez) in the cold and uncomfortable setting that you can imagine a van would be. The next day when we eventually checked in at the time when someone was in between 16:00-18:00, the lady on the desk was lovely and apologetic, and said about getting a refund for the first night via the sales department, because obviously we would be entitled to that. When I emailed them asking about getting said refund for the first night, I was told that I wouldn’t be entitled to one due to not paying for parking that we didn’t even need as we wasn’t bringing the van into the lez of Brussels and parking in the park and ride section! Completely disgraceful treatment. I also booked through ***********, and the hotel took the payment outside of *********** and through their own website which I never once wanted to do. I had many issues with this accommodation from start to finish, and I would highly recommend never booking here. Never in my travels to over 50 countries and countless cities have I experienced anything like this.
