They don’t even deserve one star My stay at the hotel was the most disappointing experience of my life. The receptionist, Angilani, proved to be unreliable, untrustworthy, grumpy, and rude. I strongly advise against anyone staying there, as she significantly impacted our holiday from the very beginning. Upon arrival, Angilani failed to notify us that our key was in the hotel's express check-in box. With no one at the reception and no code provided, we waited for 30 minutes. After numerous calls, she finally answered and informed us that she would be there in 30 minutes due to a supposed meeting. Upon entering our room, we found it extremely dirty with a foul smell in the toilet. We had to leave for an appointment and called her for assistance. She claimed she would arrive in 30 minutes, but when we called again, she insisted there was nothing she could do. An hour later, she called shouting, instructing us to find the new key in the express check-in box without providing the code. Despite our repeated calls, she screamed at us on the phone without giving us the necessary information. After a long day, we returned to the hotel, and the new key failed to open the room. We waited 30 minutes for her to resolve the issue. The following day, I approached the reception only to find Angilani wearing her pajamas. When I requested a duvet, she directed me to a cleaner who did not speak English and later claimed they were out of stock. This was a disgraceful attitude towards guests. The shower had inadequate hot water, and the unclear electricity usage policy left us uncertain about potential charges. Overall, our stay was a disaster and extremely unpleasant. I sincerely hope others won't have to endure what we experienced."
