Absolutely fantastic hotel Kate and Steve fantastic hosts stunning rooms felt very much at home breakfast was beautiful staff couldn't do enough for you will definitely be back cannot wait to return here they went out of their way to help xx

Great place fantastic room and breakfast highly recommend this place friendly couple good location nothing was to much trouble the day we went was so hot they txt me to come after 12 as our room was ready so we could enjoy the weather most warm hearted people we have had the pleasure of meeting

What a fabulous place to stay . We were welcomed by Steve and Kate and not forgetting Mack the lovely dog . It was like home from home and nothing was any trouble for them . The room we had was overlooking the cricket ground, was lovely and spacious with tea and coffee making facilities and a bottle of fresh milk in a small fridge . The breakfast both hot and or cold was out of this world and plentiful. We will definitely be returning

I was booked in for two nights and felt comfortable and considered throughout the entirety of my stay. The room was spacious, bright, warm and clean. Couldn't ask for more! There is a roof terrace which is an absolute suntrap with an amazing view of the cricket club for any cricket lovers. Breakfast was superb. I am vegan and was given a wide range of choices for breakfast options. I plumped for a cooked brekkie which was hot, delicious and served with a cracking cup of coffee. I was given recommendations for vegan places to eat while out in town. Everything is super easy to get to from the location of the guesthouse. There were also lots of leaflets for local upcoming events (definitely planning my next trip already). The owners Kate and Steve were helpful and welcoming! From breakfast to bar service, they were attentive and generally good people to be around. The Guesthouse doggo Mac, is beautiful and friendly too. Would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone wanting to stay in Scarborough!

Just had a wonderful few days at The Boundary. Kate and Steve ( and Mack the Springer) couldn't be more welcoming. They have thought of every little detail, and nothing is too much trouble. We had Room 2, with a very large and extremely comfortable, four poster bed. Lovely room, spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfasts were excellent and piping hot. All in all, a fantastic stay, and next time we take a trip to Scarborough, we know where to book in.

Just had the weekend here with my daughter and granddaughter. Nobody had stayed in a B+B before but , having read good reviews, we were looking forward to our break. From the moment we walked through the door Kate made us feel very welcome. The four pawed receptionist is very sociable and thoroughly delighted my granddaughter. She has dietary issues and these were met beautifully. Thoughtful touches like her "special" milk in her own bottle and her own plate and bowl made her feel very spoilt. We had a family room which was clean, comfortable and very well decorated. Breakfast was delicious and all cooked to order.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for a short break in Scarborough. We've had an amazing weekend.

Cannot praise the Boundary Guest House highly enough . Room was wonderful (No 5) Spotless and lovely little extras, fridge, bottled water, plenty of coffee/tea and bottled milk given as needed. Breakfast was plentiful and excellently presented. Steve and Kate should be very proud of the service they provide Thankyou too to Jill and Mac the dog for a very enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again if going to Scarborough.

Kate & Steve run a lovely B&B, we had room 8 overlooking the Scarborough cricket ground and the lovely balcony where you can sit out and watch the cricket. Our room was nice, the bed was comfy. The other couple that were with us had room 2 it was a larger room with a king size four poster bed and a couch in the room. The breakfast was excellent and Kate runs it as full table service cooked by Steve. We were made to feel very welcome and will definitely be returning.

Just returned from a lovely weekend away at the boundary. Our spacious family room was great. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well. We were really impressed with the delicious breakfast. Quality ingredients and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again.
