Valet parking is not specified on Travelocity or *******.
There isn’t really any other place to park so you are really forced into the extra $45 per night to park! No where online did it suggest that the hotel is under construction. This didn’t affect the hotel stay however it was very congested. Our Bed was as hard as a rock, we had no remote in the room for the TV and it took maintenance an hour to bring one to the room.
Over all the hotel was clean, staff were very helpful and other than the hard bed the rest could be over looked.

The surrounding area was very loud because of construction and traffic. The shower had a broken shelf in it but the room overall was clean. The breakfast staff were all friendly and helpful. The front desk staff took a while to acknowledge while we were trying to check in even though we were the only ones in the lobby.

My family and i were in the dirtiest room ever! The bed was not changed and it had hair in both beds the shower also had hair all around the drain area! The chair was peeling! Furniture old and out dated! Never again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay, and have already begun planning my next trip to Savannah, which will be at least 2 nights. I will definitely stay at your property again. Obviously all that construction going on was a bit distracting but progress is always all around us in Savannah. The place was clean, the free breakfast was great, and the staff was pleasant. I was steps away from the river, and a 2 minute walk to River Street shopping, as well as to the trolley stop that sold tickets. A two minute walk to the trolley takes me anywhere in Savannah I would want to go. When I'm done at City Market or wherever, I am returned, and once again, a 2 minute walk to my hotel. Good grief..There are also several restaurants in walking distance they were really good, some of which I ate at. I don't think there's any place better to stay. I have no financial interest in this property nor any relatives working there. I just really liked it

I paid for a River View room and although I had the receipt that showed I paid for it, the property refused to honor it. The view from the room I was given was a brick wall for my Valentine’s date night. The thermostat was set at 68 and was not adjustable. Maintenance came to fix it while we were out and set it on 76. Still was not able to adjust it on my own and roasted all night. Terrible customer service at the front desk. I will not book again

The "meet and greet" in the evening was a wonderful experience. Largely, the staff was very friendly. There was a lot of construction happening around the area. The building itself was good, however, I was woken up before 7:00 am by construction happening in the room sharing a wall with me. Prior to 8:00 am, there was drilling and other power tool noise. When I mentioned this at my checkout, the front desk staff blew me off. This was quite disappointing. There was no option to rest and relax with the construction noise.

Quiet location, out of the noise of North River. Staff at desk was helpful. Valet was so sweet and very polite. Breakfast staff, especially Spring, were so very helpful. Staff made our waffles and delivered to our table. Very clean and neat, well stocked area. Lobby area with fireplace is so cozy.

Drywall was all over the closet so I could not iron my clothes. Duck tape holding up drop clothes in the elevator. No clear directions to the ferry. Hilton properties are normally great, skip this one.
