薩凡納河邊的酒店，應該是常規酒店中當地最好的。唯一不滿的是管理上有點亂，一直在隨意的扣我們的信用卡，費用始終沒搞清楚，通過攜程管家的不懈溝通，現在終於確認多收款了，目前還沒收到退款，希望一切順利。

We booked this trip as a “baby moon” to relax before our third child arrives and so that we could rest for a weekend. Our first night here was pretty bad. We spent more money on a deluxe room, thinking it would be nicer (especially in the bathroom) and looking back i really don’t know what the difference is in the cheaper rooms and the “deluxe”. The first night they put us in an industrial room on the 5th floor and the rooftop club was so loud we literally knew what songs were playing and felt like the bass was in our pillows. The music went until at least 1am. So not much rest or sleep. The toilet in this room also shot water out of the bowl every time you flushed it.
We asked to get moved to another room and they moved us to the Atlantic side and it was much quieter. We got a little more rest, however these beds are not very comfortable. We woke up each morning with stiff backs and sore. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating but the stay, for a Marriott, was overall not good.

The check-in process was very disappointing. We were told that our room was not ready at 2:45 PM but would be ready in 15-20 mins. No problem. However, we didn’t get the room until 4:05 PM. And despite the official check in time being 4 PM, the agent rudely stated that she was “doing us a favor”.
I asked for an extra set of towels and never received it.
The same agent and unfriendly behavior was experienced during check out. This left a bad taste in my mouth.
The valet staff were great.

We had dinners at this location many times in the past. This is the first time that we actually stay at this hotel. The hotel is very modern, and it meets all your needs in one location. We stayed and had all the meals at the facility. The location is very convenient. It is located on one end of River Streets which makes it very private and quiet at night. The grounds are very attractive, and it is well-lighted at night to take walks around the hotel.

We loved the majority of our stay and the front desk service was amazing. The property was amazing and very close to all kinds of dining options and entertainment. There was one incident with housekeeping that I feel was not resolved to our satisfaction but things happen I guess. Overall, the stay was very good.

This is truly a different hotel! The giant lobby is a museum in itself. Lots of really interesting subjects to look at. Plus there are numerous artifacts for sale. The Lounge is a great place to wander through or sit down and have a drink. You will believe you have entered an African hunters club! Amazing displays surround you. The rooms are great, clean, and comfortable. The area around the hotel is also really nice. Right on the waterfront, the walkways are big and beautiful. I will never stay anywhere else in Savannah!!!!

First class experience. Staff was cordial and professional. The dinosaur exhibit in the lobby was amazing. Kids loved the scavenger hunt. Room was amazing, especially viewing the large container ships sail down the river in the morning. Plenty to eat and do in and around hotel.
