We were due to stay at a rival hotel nearby however on arrival were informed they were being renovated and had cancelled all bookings without notification. The very large hotel chain in question had no interest in helping us therefore the booking at Homewood was very last minute. Maryann was extremely pleasant, welcomed us warmly and made sure we had a room immediately- others could learn from this! The hotel is beautiful, airy and tasteful with well appointed rooms and pretty outdoor areas. The breakfast ladies were very efficient, not once did I see anything run low or tables dirty. The staff are a credit to management - every one we interacted with had the same consistent friendly manner. We will absolutely stay here again. We were so taken with the area we will be returning.

It all started with Marion at the front desk welcoming us. She was so warm, professional and personable. Our room was an accessible room #112. It was on the ground floor near the laundry and work out room. Very quiet room, good size room. The ladies at breakfast was great especially Lynn and Barbara. Make your own waffles, eggs or frittatas, sausage or bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit, bagels, oatmeal and more. Coffee available all day with a tea assortment. Putting green and 2 gas grills and a pool outside. Wonderful location to many restaurants, Tanger outlet and more. We would highly recommend this hotel. Hopefully you will get to meet Marion. So , so so, nice.

We had no complaints after check-in. We were given a room that had not been cleaned or prepped fully. We asked to be moved and were moved immediately. From that point forward we had no issues. The location is a bit far (30 minutes with traffic & construction), but is a fine option near Savannah otherwise.

We arrived after 11pm and checked into the room which was not cleaned at all (beds messy, keys left in room, used towels on floor. I returned to the front desk and it took a long time to assign a clean room (required calling someone else to figure out how to use the computer) while my kids were very tired. We were moved to a noisy room (near highway). Finally, I discovered during my shower that the Shower gel refillable bottle was empty. At least the breakfast staff was nice!

Friendly and efficient reception. Very comfortable bed! Clean! Who made the desk chair?! It too was very comfortable. I want one! Try the raisin bread at breakfast. This hotel is close to i95, but never heard any traffic noise.

We stayed in a 2 queen suite with kitchenette. The room was great and spacious. The only con was the sink area didn't have a door so you had to change in the small toilet shower area. Since we were there for 7 days, I bought a spring rod and a cheap curtain at Walmart -perfect! Carpets need replacing but I never go barefoot anyway. Kitchenette area was well stocked and clean. There was a nice pool, bball court, and 4 hole golf. There was also a lot of outdoor seating. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the location and the staff. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone, close to downtown savannah and close to outlet mall. Pet friendly and my dog was very happy as well. We will be staying again! Loved it

The traffic at the Pooler exit was terrible. Then we pulled into a quiet clean oasis. The woman at the check in desk was delightful. Our room was clean and very updated. It was quiet. The breakfast area was clean and neat and food was easy to access and tasty. It was a perfect overnight stop from I 95

Kitchen floor was dirty carpet not cleaned in years, toilet falling off and no electricity to the outlet or lamp on one side of the bed. We have stayed here before and thought we would give it another try but we wont waste money or reward points anymore
