比國內三星好在床品毛巾雪白乾凈，可以隨時索取，就是10點以後就沒有客房服務了，得自己把垃圾扔出去，換垃圾袋兒。臟毛巾也要放在布草籃放門口，晚上回來自己去大堂拿毛巾。大堂的熱水咖啡一直免費提供，一次性紙杯，質量挺好。大堂吧位置足夠，可以坐着欣賞，看外面的行人路過。免費的早餐也還可以。有雞蛋和培根，麪包，咖啡，果汁兒，酸奶，麥片兒。營養足夠。就是入住的當天前台的小姐姐錯收了我們的費用，回來五天之後才解除。我們住了三天，每天回來如果不把卡拿到前台更新一下的話就打不開門兒。房間有點窄小侷促，尤其是帶了廚房就更窄了。衞生間有個下水道的味兒，這個就和國內的三星差不多了。另外之前通過攜程訂的房費每天兩千多，續住一天，直接打電話到酒店，價格不到1400。衹能説薩凡納不愧排名第一的休閑城市，機票，酒店價格都太高。

The hotel is in a great location for quick access to the waterfront and surrounding attractions. The only caution I would give to possible travelers to this hotel is room choice. We had an atrium view room which is basically an inside room with windows facing the middle of the hotel. The room was spacious but could use an update in the bathroom. The caution I would give for these rooms is the filtered light that comes through the window from the atrium. This occurs even when the blinds are fully closed. It does make it a little difficult for sleeping.

Great location across from the River Front. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, shops of all kinds. The hotel is on a busy street but the windows are a sound barrier. We faced the busy street and did not notice traffic noise.

Location is spectacular. Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was trying to close the closet door and bathroom door. The closet door stuck a lil bit. The bathroom door was very closet to the toilet.
The parking was odd as there was nowhere to pull up and check in when we arrived. Finally, pulled into the closest parking garage Lincoln Street and that was the 1 we were supposed to use. Prepaid parking at much cheaper than the garage regular rates.

The common areas were not well maintained. The computer "business" area was not functioning and was filthy. Carpets in hallways need to be cleaned. furniture in lobby also needs to be cleaned.

We liked the hotel, but the one thing that was disappointing was the television and available local news. There was no “guide” button on the remote or instructions on use in the room. Each time you selected the next channel, the TV hesitated for a couple seconds or just froze.
The volume wouldn’t increase no matter how high you selected. We were there from 2/22-2/24 and never was able to see a weather report or local news.
Breakfast was mediocre and lukewarm. We didn’t even eat there two of the three mornings because of this.
The hotel itself was very nice, located in great spot and very clean and beautifully decorated. ROOM 311 2/22-2/24

If I came to Savannah again, I would not stay at this hotel.
Pros:
- fantastic desk service, helpful with everything
- central location
- safe, nearby parking ramp
- good water flow and hot water
Cons:
- poorly designed hotel. Atrium is weird and loud. There are steps where there shouldn’t be (you’ll find that out). Not all stairwells lead to ground floor. Ground floor and mezzanine are different.
- outside noise is bad. Construction and semi trucks nonstop.
- windows are not blackout. Shutters look attractive but do little to keep morning sun out. You’re going to be waking up with the roosters.
- entire inside property needs a little TLC. Dings everywhere. Peeling. Dust in rooms.
