"We had the most incredible stay at Inn Above Tide in Sausalito. We were upgraded to the City Lights Spa Suite, and it was honestly the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. We’ve traveled quite a bit, and this felt special in a way that’s hard to put into words. The views from the deck are unparalleled, looking out over San Francisco, the bay bridge, the golden gate bridge, and Alcatraz. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the deck taking it all in. The room itself was beautiful with everything you could want, from heated bathroom floors and plush robes to luxury bath products and a cozy fireplace. There were lots of small touches that made it feel very special, like the binoculars for the views and other thoughtful details throughout. Everything felt high-end but still very warm and comfortable. We also really appreciated the included delicious breakfast, all day coffee and tea, and the wine and cheese hour. The location is perfect, right on the water in the heart of Sausalito. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. It truly felt like a once in a lifetime getaway. We honestly didn’t want to leave."
