A pior estadia no hotel que tivemos. Os corredores estão cheios de toalhas sujas, etc. e comida velha, não tínhamos água quente para tomar banho de manhã após a nossa primeira estadia. Eu não recomendo ficar. Pediu toalhas novas e não as recebeu e precisava comparecer às reuniões, então tive que usar uma toalha de mão

My favourite part of this hotel is the inside garden, the walkways to the restaurant and pool are very pretty. The garden cafe has an amazing breakfast poutine, and the in house starbucks bar was super handy. The staff are all polite. The conference rooms are very cute too, they look like little window shops, which even though we didn’t use them, they were cute. Staff was friendly at all hours of the day. Showers had amazing pressure and lots of hot water. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back

I did not receive the type of room I had booked. The service agent could not find my booking in their system. Finally he found it, but it had been booked for the 2 days in March, not in April as my booking did indicate. Luckily they did have a room to put me in, but it was just a 2 bed regular room.

Travelled to Saskatoon for work Jan. 22-25, 2024.
I have stayed there many times. I enjoy the complimentary breakfast more than any other hotels that I stay with, mostly because of the restaurant staff. Very cheerful and helpful!
The two improvements I would suggest would be the check-in process and parking.
There is three check-in desks, but I have never seen them being utilized during busy times. Often, one person is responsible for checking guests in and answering phones which slows the process considerably.
The parking area has never been cleared of snow in the years I have stayed and sections of the lot nearest the lobby appear to be used for long term parking for non-guests?
I have stayed with Saskatoon Inn many times, and will continue to do so. The staff is always cheerful and helpful, the hotel honours my online booking perks, and the rooms are comfortable.
