The One Club Hotel

Absolute hell hole. Rude arrogant and passive aggressive manager, fly covered cold food. Last nights dinner is todays breakfast with reheated chips and boiled eggs. Rooms filthy. No housekeeping or fresh towels. Worse than an hostel. Could be lovely but nobody cares nor takes pride in their work. Pictures do not show half of it! Arrived to our annexe room. Dungeon! Refused to stay there and was moved to a room with a balcony. Tried to make us pay for an upgrade. We did not. Some other guests have experienced the same. They’ve been changed £200 cash to change room! Pool is clean. Lifeguard is friendly. Slide opens briefly. Drinks are flat. Only three spirits included. Barman Martin friendly but leaves in 2 days and will open his own bar in town. No stock to use in bar so using dregs. Staff do not speak English apart from barman. Beach was nice. Only soft drinks in small plastic cups available. Lady nice. Makes sandwiches in hour slot. Honestly avoid this like the plague. I never write reviews and thought the ones I read must have been overreactions but my god it is awful!!

AVOID THIS FILTHY HELL HOLE its rooms well the 3 yes 3 we had were disgusting 1st room was smelly had disgusting bed linen had broken lamps rotton food under bed and a phone which was not connected couldn't even call reception 2nd room 1st night had to walk over raw sewage overflow broken lamps And previous occupants debris in a corner of the room phone not connected 3rd room cleaner bedding broken lamp only one in the room floors in all 3 filthy Bathrooms in all 3 rooms thick with scum exposed wires in bathrooms shower door fell off shower fell off cleaner put bracket in cupboard Management very rude and tried to be intimidating other staff rude Bar man Martin best guy there and was helpful Pool and pool area was not cleaned the whole time we were there 10 days very slippery and a few people slipped fell or hurt themselves around the pool sun lounger cushions dirty but best part of hostel/hotel for socialising with holiday makers Food unrecognisable unless cold chips hard chicken nuggets rice or pasta rest was slop lots of salad and lovely bread without butter which was only available at breakfast time Nothing was labelled and food areas were not clean food up the walls in eating areas not good if struggle with stairs or disabled and it's not good for anyone with allergies Ate out when needed food with was an expence we shouldn't have had as booked all inclusive Town was lovely Don't let this dump put you off going to serigerme just avoid this place

The hotel is an all-inclusive hostel.. The most basic of hotels I have ever seen. Pool lovely, but the beds and garden area need damn good maintenance. Rooms are something from the 70s, and it looks like they haven't been updated since including the bedding. Fridge didn't work, tv didn't work, lightbulbs didn't work, only 4 hangers, shower head pointed at 45° and wouldn't move, when showering the bathroom floor flooded, clothes airer was rusty and broken, door frame on bathroom came off in my hand. Food, well, you can live on it but tastes like cardboard. Only one type of tea, no flavoured teas even though its turkey and they are famous for their teas. One coffee machine and a powdered sqash machine, all only available breakfast, lunch, half an hour in the afternoon and at dinner. A water machine outside where the kittens lived.. Absolutely no entertainment. Most of the staff don't speak English and that including the reception, they don't care about English people and they made their feelings clear when speaking to a lady who complained when the owner said "if you don't like my hotel, go and find another one" I love Turkey and usually go twice a year to a cheap holiday with Tui.. this is a similar price to what I usually pay but shouldn't be more than a 2* rating.

We arrived in the early hours to find a very helpful and friendly receptionist (even provided a free wagon wheel) to assist and show us to our room. After that the whole stay was brilliant. The manager Murat went out of his way to accomadate all that was asked and solved any problem/issue within minutes. The room was lovely with some spot on aircon too and even had a mini fridge to keep your drinks cool. The pool is lovely and never too cold and the backdrop whilst sitting by the pool is breathtaking. The barman Martin also made the holiday and worked really hard all day every day but always with a smile. He was always up for a chat and always helpful. It just wouldn't be the pne club without Martin. Thankyou for your hospitality The One Club.....til September when we meet again.

Fantastic hotel food good drinks good nice and relaxing hotel staff very friendly and nothing was a bother to them rooms very clean will definitely stay here again ...hotel manager very people friendly like it when staff talk to you and take an interest

We went with my wife, staff was very friendly and food was good and sufficient. The beach service is good, the sea is sandy and the beach belongs to the hotel, which is perfect. It is great . A nice all inclusive hotel We want to come again next year, thank you very much for everything

This lovely hotel is under new Management and I can honestly say it’s become a wonderful hotel Rooms clean and comfy pool clean and relaxing sunbeds Muratcan the new manger is wonderful so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you! Il Definately recommend and will be returning in summer 👍🏻

The hotel is lovely, big and spacious, with lots of available sun beds. Pool was a great size and not overly busy. Staff were all very helpful and the food was nice. I had a medical emergency whilst there and the manager, Murat, was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me.

You couldn't pay me to stay there again, do not waste your money on this place. It was filthy, the sun lounger mats had stains on them, every single one. The 'restaurant' was like being back at school, none of the food was labeled so you had no idea what you were eating, if you have allergies you could not eat anything. It was the same food day after day, red chicken, yellow chicken or green chicken, well i think it was chicken anyway... The leftover food from lunch gets put back out for the evening meal and for the next few days. We got slightly unlucky with the weather as there was a storm where it rained quite heavily, meaning all the table clothes outside got wet, they were not changed and you could see the damp mark that was under the glass top on the table. There were ants under the glass top too and you could see them all, who knows how long they were under there and if they have even been changed now.? The Room was very small and dark, it wasn't clean, and there were holes and cracks running down the walls. The 'All inclusive' there were 5 alcoholic drink choices, that ended at 10:30 PM all served in plastic cups. After 10:30 it turns into a cash bar where you then get served with a nice cold clean glass, so it is just money-focused and not customer service focused at all.
