The Hampton Inn and Suites Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is the first LEED Certified hotel in the Hampton Inn Family. The environmental friendly design and construction utilizes alternative energy sources to limit consumption of energy and water. Our green contributions extend to the hotel operations where recycled printed materials, environmentally sensitive cleaning solutions, and an in-house recycling program are utilized. Our guests can contribute to this environmental awareness by participating in our in-room recycling and linen reduction programs.
To ensure clean air within the hotel, the Hampton Inn and Suites Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is a 100% Smoke Free facility.
The four story hotel features 108 guest rooms and suites, and three meeting rooms. The design of the hotel is based on the historic Sarasota School of Architecture which features larger windows and more natural lighting elements and an attractive, native landscaping that was consistent with design. Despite our airport location, the energy saving building design ensures a nearly soundproof guest experience.
The Hampton Inn and Suites Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is the only hotel to be located on the airport premises. Complimentary Airport Shuttle Service runs every hour from 7am-2pm daily within a 5 mile radius of hotel, and a real-time flight arrivals and departure monitor in the lobby provide stress reducing conveniences to assist our guests in transitioning from their hotel stay to flight.
Our location is less than one mile from the most popular tourist attractions in Sarasota, the Ringling Complex which features the Ringling Art Musuem, the Ringling Circus Museum, and the Ringling Venetian Mansion Estate.

old property high price. put in handicap room i did not requested with shaky toilet waxy slippery entrance tiles
despite prearranged plans no one answered phone when i called for ride at midnight and then manager would not reinbuse cab fair and tip without receipt which i had not received yet all and all an awful experience. the driver back to airport was a lovely helpful man

I did not stay a family emergency took me home the day before and like a fool I paid in full so no refund. I will never do that again. It seems quite impossible to speak with anyone at ******* so I will just say you have seen the last of my travel plans. I will source with another company.

Had an overnight stay here. Checked in around 8:30 pm went to bed at 10:30pm woke up at 12:00am to a man screaming in Spanish outside my room. Called the front desk, the screaming stopped for 20 minutes and then started again.
I made a comment checking out and the manager told me there is a bus stop on that side of the hotel and they have had that problem before. I told him it was an awful night and he said, well we still see you next time and I told him no. Very rude, inconsiderate and for 268 a rip off! No apology and no consideration. The sheets also wreaked from bleach and they were burning my skin.

This property is located very close to the airport. Our shuttle ride to the departure terminal was about two minutes. Also, the three members of the staff with whom we interacted were informative and pleasant. Our plane was leaving at 6:35 am, so we had to leave the hotel before a driver and breakfast were officially available, but a bag with a bagel, butter, jelly, cream cheese, granola bar, apple, and a bottle of water were ready for us. The front desk person drove us to the airport. All in all, a thumbs up experience.

The only negatives were the lack of maintenance to fix a bathroom door that squeaked annoyingly during bathroom visits during the night and the hotel not having a shuttle driver when we arrived back at the airport adding almost a half hour to our departure home.
Otherwise our stay, our room, and the front desk service was top notch.

The truth is that I left this hotel very upset, the attention of the receptionist who is there in the afternoon is terrible! The room smelled musty, the baseboards were coming off the wall, the TV downstairs is broken and sharp enough that anyone could cut themselves. The shampoo, rinse cream and cream were empty, I called the reception because they had not made my room, they replied that I should request cleaning before, so I asked them to please bring me towels and they never brought them up, after waiting. For two hours I had to go down myself to get the towels, I have photos of everything I'm writing, I wrote to the manager. . And he never responded! I only write this because what they charge is really not worth it, I assure you!! There are hotels minutes away that cost much less and are much better!!! I only went to my son's tournament for 3 days and the truth is that he would never return!
