Location - The view is overrated as all the roads and constructions are in plain sight with tons of vehicle noise. Room - Terrible, we came back to our room full of ants and ant eggs that seemed to fall from the roof. To make it worse the room had been made up by the housekeeping. We got a swap of a new room but it was full of flies in the room itself and we had to use the mosquito swatter to eradicate the pests before we were able to fall asleep. Service - We need to call for the buggy service each time we need to leave our room for meals or to go for the site seeing as the room is an extended part of the resort. Each time we called for the service, we were told to wait outside the room (full of flies around), at times we waited for close to an hour. Crew - Best Crew award goes to the mosquito swatter, without it, we wouldn't be able to sleep in peace. The rest of the crew are basically just VERY concerned about whether we purchased the tickets for the attractions or have booked the transport to the city. Generally only recommend this place as a bed and breakfast instead of enjoying it like a resort.

I received a room upgrade service as a great opportunity for a beautiful view. Even though it rained, I had a great day with a beautiful view and I am disappointed. It would have been great if the weather had been nice, but even if it rains and is a bit cloudy Beautiful view and no communication in Vietnamese We did our best to provide the best service using English and body language. They helped me use the facilities comfortably. Breakfast is not a buffet style meal. They bring it to you when you order, so you can enjoy a variety of eggs. You can eat as much as you like without being heavy, such as fruit, yogurt, and rice noodles. I was able to have a refreshing breakfast with a great view. Best accommodation! Highly recommended if you go to Sapa :)

Topas Ecolodge is situated 18 km outside of Sapa town, (a 45-minute drive). The road meanders through valleys, local villages, and mountains and can be expected to be in poor condition at times. You may have to stop once in awhile to let a buffalo cross the street! Our bungalows were surrounded by pure nature with rustic but comfy interior design, hoping to help you completely escape from everyday life and immerse yourself into pure nature. You can spend the whole day on your private balcony mesmerized by the mountains, in our two saltwater infinity pools, or the Rice spa. We are so excited to welcome you here at Topas Ecolodge and our little slice of Vietnam. So go ahead and escape your busy city life and truly experience the peacefulness and authenticity of a real mountain getaway.

We had an amazing two nights at laksik eco lodge. The room was luxurious, the views spectacular, the pool was probably the best I have ever seen and the staff super friendly. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone staying at Sapa. The hotel organised a guided trek which was one of the highlights of our trip. It was also nice to stay ten minutes out of Sapa, which is very busy, as it was much more relaxed and close to many small villages but also easy to take a taxi to Sapa.

The view is too beautiful,And It can make anyone relax,it is worth recommending everyone to experience it,🥰🥰🥰

Although the spa was closed due to New Year festivities, all in this hotel is truly amazing. The service and food are excellent, and the staff members are friendly. The currency exchange service is limited to US dollars and Euros. In case you need to convert other currencies, an ATM can be found nearby for your convenience.

Rooms - Big, clean and spacious with gorgeous view. Feels like I am living among the clouds. Restaurant - The staffs are really attentive and friendly. - Breakfast has a good spread. Reception and Concierge - Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Spa - Had the hot stone and foot reflexology and love the techniques used by the Sapa masseur. - Staffs and masseurs are friendly. Room for improvement. - It is great that the hotel offers free transfer to Sapa Center/Station. Overall - Had a surprisingly fabulous stay and if I am back to Sapa, I will definitely stay again with Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel.

My lover and I had a wonderful vacation here. The hotel not only provided rooms, but also helped me book a full travel itinerary from Hanoi to Sapa by Sleeper bus. Included in the booking package is an evening BBQ buffet in the garden. The food is good, there is an optional Karaoke machine, everyone sings to each other very happily. The hotel is very beautiful, located halfway up the mountain, near the center looking down. The minus point is that the hotel does not have a motorbike rental service, you have to walk nearby to rent one, which is not too big of a deal. In fact, room prices are quite high compared to students or mid-range income guests. Suitable for people who have worked for a few years. I went during the off-peak season and on a weekday so the hotel was empty and quiet. During the peak season, I'm afraid that with this type of tube house next to each other, there will be no soundproofing problem. But overall it's worth a try.

I had 2 nights staying at the town, so the last day I chose to stay at the homestay. Catcat Garden is located on the way down to catcat village. As the name suggests, the whole homestay is like a small resort with a green garden. The view of the mountain from the bed is extremely beautiful. Breakfast is simple but very good value for money. Clean vegetables are available from the garden, there is an infinity pool and a very chill scenery. The butler is very gentle and friendly like the people here. Hope to have the opportunity to visit catcat garden again. Highly Recommend!!!
