It’s at Yalong bay just close to the beach , it was amazing, you can walk to the beach but they also have a shuttle to take you there. We booked a suite it was nice everyone had space , it’s like an apartment style. Their breakfast too is amazing so many choices but it can get crowded so you might have to wait a bit before you get seated. The dinner there is what I couldn’t believe why don’t they have many options that was a disappointment because you are forced to eat outside everyday. We had the Mountain View it was really nice.

Had the best stay this resort. The room was amazing, bed a bit hard but not a train smash. My room had a great view. I was glad to find food I could eat during breakfast and thanks for being accommodating to foreigners palette. (Breakfast caters for foreigners). The gentleman who helped at the reception was amazing and spoke English. The resort itself is beautiful, great for a morning walk. And it’s close to Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest, perfect location.

It was my first time to Sanya. I chose a recently opened hotel. I booked a flight two days before the trip. It was a trip that I could go on at any time! The overall hotel is very suitable for parent-child vacations, but unfortunately the schedule is tight and the experience is not enough. Next time, I will visit the hotel again with my whole family. I hope to retain the service advantages, build a good reputation, and enrich the catering content. Hygiene: The aunts in each department are very friendly. Every time I see them, they will greet us warmly and ask if we need help. In particular, the housekeeping aunt is really attentive. The charging cables are all wrapped in beautiful knots, and the clothes and accessories that have been changed are carefully folded and neatly stacked, which is surprisingly considerate! Service: The handsome waiter and the foreign lady waiter are very serious and responsible. In the case of language barriers, they actively summon colleagues to help solve problems [Rose][Strong] The young handsome guy who checked in at the front desk took the initiative to add Xinyi housekeeper and gave us 60 or 70 game coins when checking us in. Seeing that we brought our children, we upgraded the room type for two days for free. When I asked for directions for the second time, another front desk brother actually stuffed us with a handful of game coins😂. 100 soft girls in the game and 60 coins, a bit expensive😬 Dining: The two packages include a buffet in the morning and evening at the Xianyan restaurant, which is very cost-effective, with a wide variety of items, and the noodles and Chinese dim sum are very good! The seafood and barbecue in the evening are very fresh, and the roasted pork belly is really delicious! ! They also gave us freshly wrapped green dumplings, which are delicious! By the way: I saw the kitchen department throw away the unfinished ingredients. Although it is really a waste, it does ensure food safety and freshness😂😂😂Is there anything else...😁 Thanks to Xinyi housekeeper for her thoughtful hospitality. It was already past 11 o'clock when we checked in, but she still quickly asked about the content that needed to be booked and immediately contacted the next day's appointment for filming, as well as various activities for children. Great!

Lovely hotel, the staff were very friendly and professional to help us. They were able to provide recommendations for food locations and activities. The bedrooms were big and very clean. The garden view was lovely and the area was quiet and calm. The beach was a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

An interesting hotel experience. In some ways fantastic: great location in Yalong Bay; walking distance to a mall with lots of food options; a couple of big pools; right on the beach; and rooms which have microwaves, fridges and washing machines (much needed for convenient laundry after a few days away). But sadly, other things were lacking: whilst the central swimming pools were open, those around the rooms that give pool access to any ground floor residents were all empty (well, they had about a foot of water in them and weren’t clean - see photo). When I asked why, I was simply told they were decorative. Why build pools and leave them empty? It was so hot that having pool access rooms was an initial draw to staying there. Some of the fittings and fixtures around the hotel felt a bit tired and it could do with a bit of TLC.

From the moment we arrived at 01.30am, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Thomas, the night concierge, went beyond the call of duty in ensuring our needs were catered for, so 5 stars for him! The hotel is the last hotel in the row, so a little quieter on the beach at peak season, which we were grateful for, and we were so happy to be right on the beautiful, clean beach. The hotel also has large, attractively designed swimming pools, which were well maintained. We were a bit disappointed by the quality of food at the barbecue buffet, which was not good - however, it was just a short taxi ride to some really good Chinese restaurants. There is also a beach road next to the hotel selling delicious street food. All in all, highly recommended- we will definitely return!!

The hotel is well equipped and clean. The facilities are new. Staff was very kind and spoke English (very limited). The restaurant provides nice breakfast, you can also eat lunch at very affordable price. The food is tasty. The place is good for a short stay. I would suggest it to travelers without kids who come for water sports. It’s very close to the beach and underwater world. The only problem is with smoking. Though we booked non-smoking room, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes in our room because our neighbors were smoking and the smell came via ventilation. So you cannot get a real non-smoking room in this hotel :-(

Hi everyone! The hotel is a little bit old, but it's nice, clean and the staff is very friendly, although almost everybody didn't speak English. - The breakfast was quite appropriate for a foreigner: fried eggs, french fries, cereal, coffee from a coffee machine, some fried chicken with vegetables, some kinds of steamed and baked buns, watermelon and melon, cherry tomatoes and lettuce with some salad dressings. - The room is clean, the hotel provides shampoo, shower gel, and lotion, a hairdryer, two cups, two glasses, some teabags, bottled water, and fresh towels every day. There were two bathrobes and towels for the beach with a bag where you can put your towel. We have been living in three different rooms because at first, we came for 2 days and lived in a comfortable room with a garden view 2408 on the 4th floor, it was the best room. Then we decided to move to dadonghai and after 3 days we came back to this hotel again and lived in a room with a swimming pool and a lake view 2603 on the 6th floor for 4 more days. On the last evening, two small lizards appeared in the room and we asked the staff to change the room for 1 night, they were very nice and they agreed and gave us room 1107 on the first floor with a swimming pool view, the room was for a family with a child and had some toys inside. The first two rooms had a bathtub, the third one had a shower. All three rooms were with a balcony. - The swimming pool area is awesome, very beautiful, and clean. The deck chairs were very cozy, the swimming pool was quite clean. There are some hammocks and a swing with a lake view where you can enjoy the quietness and have a rest. - The beachside is near, just across the road, the beach is clean, the sand is white and beautiful, and the sea is quite clean, there were some deck chairs and sunshades. You can have fun with some water activities at the beach too if you want of course. There are not so many cafes and restaurants appropriate for foreign people except Subway, McDonald's, Starbucks, KFC, and Pizza Hut. If there were a little bit more western food cafes close to the beachside, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. If you want to have a lazy and quiet holiday you should go there and relax!

Excellent hotel and good value for money. Rooms are large, swimming pool is very nice with kids pool and adult one, the kids playground in the villa area is terrific, the location is perfect (5 minutes walk to a shopping center with restaurants, 5 minutes walk to beach, 5 minutes walk to a food street with night market). The style is also pretty (white and pink flowers on the hotel walls). Small negative note: the restaurant in hotel (buffet) is a bit expensive even though the wall aquarium is nice and food seems very good quality. An “a la carte” option would be nice for small families that doesn’t especially want to go with expensive buffet. Also no bar in hotel opened after 8pm.

Firstly the concierge at the front desk was easy to contact before arriving at the hotel. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary so I asked them to plan ahead whatever they could and they prepared some cake and a romantic bed setup. The front desk clerk was available at most times during the day if we had any questions or requests. The selected villa room was spacious and very comfortable. Room service did a good job daily and they were very understanding. The hotels facilities are pretty great. All maintained well. The location of the hotel is superb for yalong bay, it’s walking distance from the beach. The breakfasts weren’t bad either, and the breakfast time was up until 12:00 which is amazing. This was a fantastic experience and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sanya for leisure.

Facilities: Living in an apartment building in a high-end villa community, eating is in the canteen downstairs, the food tastes very good, and it is done first. There is also an unmanned supermarket to meet basic living requirements and it is not expensive Hygienic: very clean and spacious service is in place, and there are few mosquitoes. I was worried about the allergy of the Dabao mosquito bite. Before I checked in, I also sprayed mosquito medicine to remove insects. Very heartwarming. Environment: Quiet, sleep comfortably. The bed and bedding are brand new. Service: Butler service, what is missing is sent over. I am not a trustee, I just think it is really good, I recommend it to everyone. Later, I still live here.

The room was very good and clean, the facilities were very new, the landlord said that the decoration for his own home was very good, there were no people in the community during the time period I went to, it was not noisy and quiet to sleep at night, there were a lot of greenery, and there were small squirrels. The landlord is very enthusiastic and often introduces cheap group purchases nearby. The only thing lacking is that there are no supporting shops around the community. There is a convenience store. The nearest commercial street is about 15 minutes walk and 20 minutes walk to the beach. And because it is a newly developed area, the price will be a bit expensive. There are many parking spaces in the community, which is more suitable for self-driving.
