The hotel is located in a very good position, next to the beach and next to some good restaurants.
The rooms are clean and very well equipment. The personnel are professional and very kind.
Aromatic hotel is highly recommended.

Very nice surprise in Tianya. Clean, next to the beach, staff very attentive and friendly. Close to the action in Tianya, rooms are clean and the bigger ones have plenty of space and a bathtub. Shower water hot and plentiful, breakfast small but fresh (salad, sandwich, Orange juice, coffee also available).

I totally loved this hostel. The facilities are nice, the views are fantastic, they have some great coffee and great breakfast service. But what makes this place really the most memorable for me is the people who work there. When I stayed at Tianya, I suddenly had a high fever and Sicheng (Sven) accompanied me to the hospital and assisted me in every way possible until I got better. Highly recommend this place for the feeling of family and comfort. Thank you so so much for taking care of me!

小姐姐和小哥哥們都非常非常熱情！！有什麼需要都會第一時間幫助解決～～還會推薦他們覺得很好吃很好玩的地方！～相處起來就像朋友一樣很舒適～～房間的智能配置也是非常棒！！觀景視野也很不錯～～～下次再來三亞還會再次入住的！！！！已經提前期待下一次的旅遊啦！！！～～～

無法用語言形容這次的入住體驗感，真是太美好了。從前期下完訂單店家聯繫時細緻温柔的介紹和服務，然後到機場後接機的細節 ，還有管家用觀光車帶我們在小鎮介紹美食以及打卡地，這都不算啥，進店入住後完全被店裡乾淨以及美輪美奐的環境所驚呆，親眼看見了管家在其他房間檢查保潔收拾衞生的情況，那簡直了一根小小毛髮都不放過，這裏必須給一個大大的贊👍入住期間管家以及老闆都熱情又周到，走這麼多地方從來沒有過的這麼完美的民宿！👍👍重點是拍照簡直漂亮極了！哎呀真的不願意走了哈🤭！以後有機會真的還會再來的！😘🌹

設施：設施非常齊全，整體設備也很新也很智能
衞生：很乾凈，帶着寶寶來都沒有灰
環境：酒店就在海邊上，在房間就能看到椰樹和海，不出門就能看海
服務：管家消息非常快，還提前幫我們把房間空調開了，拿行李上樓
整體體驗感太好了，空中花園照相非常出片，還可以提前預約酒店工作人員幫忙拍照

在這個民宿第二晚住的房型，很驚喜！躺在床上刷劇簡直不要太爽～房間寬敞又設計感十足，還有打開窗子可以摸到椰樹葉的小驚喜～晚上很安靜，唯一的侷促感在洗浴間的門和馬桶，稍有點小幹涉～
另外一樓大堂的小景色也不錯👍
